【摘要】 海洋工程计划编制与进度控制的基本职能是编制工程项目总体计划、月周计划，并在项目运行过程中对计划进行跟踪，确保项目按里程碑点正常运行，最终按合同工期完工。本论文以渤中 25-1B、D、E 导管架陆地建造计划编制和进度控制研究为基础，运用定额原理、施工组织管理学、工程项目管理学、流水施工法、网络计划技术和计算机与可编程控制器等工具，借鉴了国内外先进的施工经验，在工时定额、工序关系、工期和资源优化、进度控制等方面进行了一些探索和研究，这些研究成果在多个项目施工中得到了应用，缩短了工期，降低了成本。更多还原

【Abstract】 The basic function of offshore engineering plan and progress control is for theestablishment of project general plan and monthly plan and weekly plan, and traces tothe plan during plan execution and ensures that project is smoothly executedfollowing the milestone and is completed on time as the contract. This paper is a study for the establishment of onshore fabrication plan andprogress control of BZ25-1 B,D,E jackets and uses ration principle, constructionorganization principle, project management, flow process method and uses thereference of domestic and foreign advanced construction experiences to do someresearch and study of man-hour ration, process sequence relationship, time limit,resource optimization, progress control. The study has been applied in several projects,which shortens construction time and decreases cost.更多还原
