【摘要】 随着铁路改革的不断深入、铁路技术进步的加快，铁路职业教育面临着一些亟待解决的问题，铁路职业教育资源在不断减少，管理体制不尽合理、人才培养的层次、规格和结构、在职人员的培训工作已经不适应形势发展的需要。因此，加大对铁路职业教育理论与实践的研究,解决铁路职业教育在改革发展中遇到的问题，就具有比较重要的现实意义。全文共分五章：第一章 提出问题，说明论文研究的意义和使用的研究方法。第二章 对本论文涉及的概念进行了界定，总结了铁路职业教育及管理体制的特点。第三章 总结了新中国成立50多年来，铁路职业教育发展的简单历史，通过对铁路系统内人力结构和职业教育结构现状的实证分析，得出了铁路职业教育结构没有满足人力结构变化的需要，为研究铁路职业教育改革和发展提供了实践依据。第四章 利用人力结构模式的理论，借鉴了铁路运输系统人力结构模式的趋势分析的研究成果，提出了铁路职业教育发展的趋势是管理体制属地化、职业教育资源整合、学历层次高移和专业知识变宽。第五章 根据铁路职业教育的现状和趋势分析，以及基于当前铁路的改革要求，提出了发展铁路职业教育的对策是创新职业教育理念、创新铁路职业教育模式、整合铁路职业教育资源、提高铁路职业教育办学质量及建立完善的铁路职业教育的层次结构体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous development of railway reform and acceleration of railway technique progress, the railway professional education is facing a number of problems to be solved, the resources of railway professional education is decreasing, not well-established management system, level, standard and structure of personnel formation, the training works of employed personnel are not meeting the need of situation development. Therefore, increasing the theoretical and practical study of railway professional education, solving the problems encountered in the development of reform of railway professional education, have relatively important actual meaning.The text is divided into five chapters: First chapter, lodging questions, explained the meaning of thesis research and the use of study methods. Second chapter, demarcated the concepts involved in this thesis, summarized the characteristics of railway professional education and management system. Third chapter, made a brief summary of railway professional education development since the foundation of P.R. China since more than 50 years, through fact analysis on personnel structure in railway system and actual status of professional education structure, obtained the conclusion of railway professional education structure has not satisfied the need of personnel structure alteration, provided practical basis to the study of railway professional education reform and development.Fourth chapter, using the theory of personnel structure mode, used the study results of trend analysis on the mode of personnel structure of railway transportation system for reference, proposing that the trend of railway professional education development will be the localization of management system, education resources synthesis, education level enhancement and professional knowledge widening. Fifth chapter, According to the actual status of railway professional education’s and trend analysis, also basing on actual requirements of railway reform, lodged the theory of innovating professional education, innovating the mode of railway professional education, synthesizing the resources of railway professional education, enhancing the quality of railway professional education and establishing consummate <WP=5>system of railway professional education structure as the main objects of railway professional education development.更多还原
