金属酞菁化合物反饱和吸收特性的研究

【摘要】 本论文阐述了激光防护的发展概况,介绍了非线性光学、有机非线性光学材料现状和反饱和吸收理论。 合成了五种金属酞菁化合物,利用元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱等方法,验证了化合物的分子结构。将它们分别掺入聚合物单体(MMA)中,制备出具有非线性光学性质的复合材料。对其中一种金属酞菁化合物进行了蘸膜,探讨了蘸膜后对反饱和吸收特性的影响。 用波长为532nm的YAG倍频调Q脉冲激光以10ns的脉冲宽度测试复合材料的反饱和吸收的光限幅特性。讨论了对材料的三阶非线性光学性质及反饱和吸收光限幅特性有影响的主要因素。对于实用性光限幅材料的研制,本论文作出了有益尝试。

【Abstract】 This paper introduce the development of the antilaser nonlinear optics nonlinear optical mateials and the idea of the reverse saturable absorption.Five derivatives of metal phthalocyanines were synthesized. The structures of products were characterized by means of IR,HNMR spectra and elementary analysis. And then , the metal phthalocyanine/ polymethy methacrylate(PMMA) were prepared. One of metal phthalocyanines was plated, and the effect of reverse saturable absorption performance was discussed after plated.Then the nonlinear reverse saturable absorption measurements of composite materials were performed with a frequency-doubled Q switched Nd:YAG laser with 10ns laser pulse at 532nm. The main factors that affect the performance of reverse saturable absorption and optical limiting of the materials were discussed. We have made benefic trials on the research of optical limiting materials
