妇人血虚证的病因学探讨与临床研究

【摘要】 目的： 调查妇人血虚证的发病率及相关因素，观察胶艾汤加减治疗妇人血虚证的临床疗效，为妇人血虚证的病因学研究及治疗提供理论依据和方法。 方法： 1．调查506例妇科门诊患者，统计血虚证的例数，调查血虚证患者的年龄、职业、婚姻状况、孕产史、既往史、饮食习惯、情志、体质、用药情况、病程、失血史等，分析其发病原因。 2．60例妇人血虚证患者，用胶艾汤随证加减治疗，连续治疗6周为1个疗程。用药1个疗程后观察患者临床症状、体征的改变和血红蛋白含量的变化。 结果： 1．调查506例患者中，血虚证患者有62人，占12.25％。血虚证的常见病因依次为：数胎多产(25.81％)、失血史(20.97％)、情志因素(16.13％)、体质因素(14.51％)、饮食因素(11.29％)、大病久病(6.45％)、其他(4.84％)。 2．胶艾汤加减治疗妇人血虚证痊愈率18.33％，显效率40％，有效率35％，总有效率为93.33％。 3．胶艾汤加减能增加血红蛋白的含量，治疗前后血红蛋白含量比较，差异有显著性(p＜0.05)。 4．胶艾汤加减能治疗不同年龄、不同病程、不同证型的血虚证，其疗效无显著性差异(p＞0.05)。 结论： 1．妇人血虚证的发病主要与数胎多产、失血史、情志因素、体质虚弱、饮食偏嗜、大病久病等有关。 2．胶艾汤加减能有效治疗妇人血虚证，能明显改善血虚证的症状和体征，增加血红蛋白的含量，为治疗妇人血虚证的良方。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the morbidity and related factors of female blood deficiency syndrome, observe the clinical effect of Jiao Ai Tang which was used to treat female blood deficiency syndrome and provide a theoretical basis for etiology research and treatment of female blood deficiency syndrome. Methods:1.506 cases of patients in the outpatient department were investigated and 62 cases were diagnosed blood deficiency syndrome. The material of 6.2 cases were analyzed through questionnaires .2.60 cases were chosen to be treated with Jiao Ai Tang .Treat continuously 6 weeks as a course . Observe the change of clinical symptoms, physical signs and hemoglobin of the patients after being treated for a course. Results:1.Among 506 cases of patients, 62 cases were diagnosed blood deficiency syndrome which covered 12.25 percent. The causes of female blood deficiency syndrome were : giving birth many times, history of losing blood, mood factor, constitution factor, bad diet habi ts, serious diseases or chronic diseases, etc.2. The curative effect of female blood deficiency syndrome is: the remission rate is 18. 33% , markedly effective rate is 40%, effective rate is 35%, and the total effective rate is 93.33%.3. Jiao Ai Tang can improve the amount of hemoglobin after the treatment. There is significant difference between before and after the treatment (p<0. 05).4. Jiao Ai Tang can treat patients of different age, different course of disease and different syndrome. There is no significant difference among these groups by statistical analysis (p>0. 05). Conclusion:1. The causes of female blood deficiency syndrome were: giving birth many times, history of losing blood, mood factor, constitution factor, bad diet habits, serious diseases or chronic diseases, etc.2. Jiao Ai Tang can effectively treat female blood deficiency syndrome and significantly improve the symptoms , physical signs and the amount of hemoglobin. It is safe and effective.更多还原
