教育与服务——大学生主体性研究

【摘要】 我国学术界对主体性教育的研究，始于70年代末80年代初。经过二十多年的探索，主体性教育在理论和实践上均得到了一定的发展。但是，主体性教育研究的视野主要集中在中小学范围内，大学生主体性的研究没有引起理论界足够的重视。随着我国的高等教育的发展，是随着我国高等教育进入大众化阶段，高教教育出现了一些产业化的特征，特别是高等教育在当代中国面临着新的形式、新的问题和新的任务，大学生的主体性问题日益凸显出来。大学生主体性问题不再是一个单纯的教育理论问题，而是与当代社会发展密切相关的重大现实问题，需要进行认真研究。 本文以当代高等教育中教育与服务的关系为基本切入点，运用人学的方法论原则，探讨和回答了如何处理好教育学生和服务学生的关系，如何在教育学生和服务学生中尊重学生的主体性的问题。作者提出，个人与社会的关系问题是主体性教育的重要问题，也是解决教育学生与服务学生的关系的关键。教育学生就是要把学生培养成为社会所需要，并自由全面发展的人，就是要将个人的自由全面发展和社会的全面发展统一起来的过程。为此，我们要改变传统的教育模式，要建立充分发挥学生主体性的新型教育模式，在这种模式下，我们要解决好教育与服务的关系，通过为学生生活和成长提供好的教育服务去教育学生。在此，服务学生是教育学生的手段，是为了让学生享受更好的教育，是为学生更好地发展创造人性化的条件，是为了让大学生在受教育的过程中充分发挥自己的主体性。 无可置疑，大学生主体性的发挥与大学教育之间不可避免地存在矛盾。这个矛盾最突出地表现在教师的施教和学生的受教之间的矛盾。在大学教育中，教师是施教的主体，学生是学习的主体。如果以灌输的方式实施教育就会压制大学生主体性的发挥，不利于创新性人才的培养。培养大学生的主体性，最重要的是主体性道德人格的培养。以服务的方式实施教育是解决大学生主体性与教育之间矛盾的基本途径，因为服务能够充分尊重大学生的主体地位；服务可以使教育手段多样化，个性化；服务能够促进教育工作者的责任意识。保证教育质量的前提条件是尊重大学生的主体地位，培养当代大学生的主体性，办让学生满意、让人民满意的服务式大学。 当然，也应该看到现代高等教育带有服务产业的一些特征，但它不同于一般的服务业。其服务形式和服务对象都具有特殊性。高等教育的“产品”就是高等学校通过高等教育活动所提供的高等教育服务。 大学生主体性的培养和发挥是现代大学教育的重要使命，而服务式的大学教育是培养大学生主体性的重要方式，为此就要把大学建成一种旨在发挥大学生主体性的服务体系。这就需要实现几个转变:大学和教师角色的转变，学生工作模式的转变，学校与学生权利义务关系的转变，学生教育管理服务理念的转变，目的是让学生满意，让人民满意。 大学生主体性的培养还对大学大教育工作者提出了一些特殊的要求。首先，它要求大学领导应当具有办高水平服务式大学的办学理念;其次，它要求大学的教师要具有高度的主体性人格和深厚的学术涵养;再次，它要求大学行政后勤人员具备较高的政治觉悟、文化素质和专业素质。更多还原

【Abstract】 The studying of subjectivity education in China, begin in the end of 1970s and the beginning of 1980s. The studying of subjectivity education has great development both in theoretic and practice in past 20 years. But the field of the vision of the studying of subjectivity education focus in children, while the subjectivity of the students of university beyond of it. when high education come into the moment of popular, High education shows some characteristic of industrialization , the issue of the subjectivity of student of university come into being.The topic of this article is studying the relation between teachings and serves; the issue of human being is principle method in this studying. Both to respect the student’ subject status and to stress the teachers’ leading role aim at cultivating the students’ subjectivity, making them suit to the development of modern society. That promotes the development of modern moral education in university plays a leading role. Serving for the student is a good education method, the aim of it is offering good education for the student.The conflict between the subjectivity of the students of university and the subjectivity of the teachers always exists. The teacher is the subjectivity of teaching, and student is the subjectivity of learning. If teaching the students by the means of infusing will suppress the subjectivity of the students of university. Teaching the students by the means of serving is a good method to melt the conflict. It will promote the diversification and the individuation of education.Modem high education shows some characteristic of industry of serving, but it is ’t the same as the industry of serving. The product of high education is serving that high education offers.The important duty of modern high education is cultivating thesubjectivity of the students of university, and the method of cultivating the subjectivity of the students of university is serving. So the university should construct a kind of serving system.
