外包钢混凝土现浇框架边节点抗震性能试验研究

【摘要】 外包钢混凝土结构,由于兼具钢和混凝土两种材料的优点,同时又由于外包钢对核心混凝土的约束作用,使之这种结构构件有较好的抗震性能;加之外包钢混凝土结构构造简单,连接方便,使用灵活,节省模板和具有施工期间自挂模板、使用期间便于外部焊接固定各种管架的作用,在工业厂房、特别是电厂主厂房结构体系中得到广泛研究和应用。但长期以来,大多数研究都集中在柱、梁的工作性能上,对梁柱节点,特别是边节点的抗震性能,国内外研究资料很少。 基于上述分析,本次试验通过五个外包钢混凝土边节点1/4比例模型的伪静力试验,以柱的轴压比、梁角钢布置形式、配箍率等为主要参数,分析外包钢混凝土现浇框架一般层边节点在中高轴压比(n=0.3、0.5、0.6)条件下,节点的抗剪机理、破坏模式、变形能力、承载能力和角钢锚固的可靠性;分析了顶层边节点在张开弯矩作用下的工作性能、破坏模式和抗剪承载力;分析了试验节点的滞回性能和耗能能力。在分析研究的基础上,通过对梁柱节点抗剪承载力影响因素的分析,结合试验数据,提出了外包钢钢筋混凝土梁柱节点抗剪承载力的建议设计公式。该公式与试验结果吻合较好。
【Abstract】 The wrapped steel concrete structures have the merits of steel and concrete, and the wrapped angle steels have restrictive action on the core concrete, which make the structures and members have good seismic behavior. This kide of structure has been widely studied and used in the industrial workshops especially in the main buildings of power plants, because it has the simple form, the convenient connection and flexible application, and also because it has the advantages of saving forms, self-suspended forms during the period of construction, and welding the pipelines outside to fix them during the period of service. But for a long time, most researches focus on the performance of columns and beams, while neglect the seismic behavior of column-beam joints especially the exterior joints, so the references are very scarce. The shear mechanism, failure mode, deformation capacity, bearing capacity and the reliability of the anchored angle steels of the wrapped steel concrete cast-in-site frame typical story exterior joints under the middle and high axial compression ratio (n=0.3, 0.5, 0.6) , the working performance, failure mode, and the shear capacity of top story joints under the crack moment, the hysteresis characteristic and the dissipation energy capacity of the test joints are all analysed based on the 1/4 model pseudo-static tests of five specimens of wrapped steel concrete cast-in-site frame exterior joints, which varied in axial compression ratio ,distribution of the beam angle steels and the stirrup ratio. The calculating formulas for shear strength of wrapped steel joints are proposed on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the influencing factors and the experimental data. It is shown that the formulas are in good agreement with the test results.
