中空纤维吸收二氧化硫的传质过程研究

【摘要】 本文综述了国内外采用中空纤维技术吸收二氧化硫烟气的现状,在对柠檬酸吸收低浓度二氧化硫实验的基础之上,采用双膜理论对中空纤维吸收二氧化硫过程中的各分传质系数和总传质系数进行了理论推导,初步探讨了膜吸收过程中数学模型的建立方法;结合实验结果,通过对一些环境变量的常规合理假设,利用计算机软件对膜吸收过程中的传质系数进行了计算,并对系统进行了可视化设计,较直观的表现出膜吸收过程中相关变量与总传质系数之间的关系。 研究结果表明:在中空纤维膜吸收二氧化硫的过程中,液相条件和气相条件都是影响传质过程的主要控制条件,它们对膜吸收过程中二氧化硫的吸收率起着主要的作用。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the nowadays-worldwide research results of the absorption of sulfur dioxide flue gas of making use of hollow fiber technology were introduced.On the bases of experiment of using citric acid to absorb low concentration sulfur dioxide,based on Duplex Film Theory,the local and overall mass transfer coefficients of the absorption of sulfur dioxide using hollow fiber were deduced theoretically.The foundation method of mathematical model of membrane gas absorption was discussed also.According to the result of experiment,by way of conventional and reasonable supposition to some environment variables,making use of computer software to calculate the transfer coefficients in the membrane absorption process,and using visual method to design the system,in the same time,manifesting the relationship of correlative variable in the membrane absorption process with the overall mass transfer coefficients intuitively.The research result shows:in the hollow fibre membrane absorb sulfur dioxide process,liquid conditions and gaseous conditions are primary control conditions to affect transfer process.They play an important role in the absorption rate of sulfur dioxide in the membrane absorption process.
