八钢高炉入炉原料的冶金性能及配料优化研究

【摘要】 我国炼铁工艺结构的优化还处于低级阶段,生产率低,能耗高,工艺结构不合理,仍是制约我国高炉炼铁发展的主要因素。解决这一矛盾的首要问题,就是要提高高炉原料质量和不断优化并确立更为合理的高炉炉料结构。本课题针对这一问题,结合八钢高炉生产实际情况,根据实际原料水平,通过对不同组合炉料的冶金性能试验测定,探讨了适宜八钢高炉生产的合理炉料结构。为八钢提高高炉原料质量,寻求合理的综合炉料结构,改善高炉透气性,促进强化冶炼,降低焦比,保持炉况顺行和高炉长寿提供了理论依据。

【Abstract】 The optimization of ironmaking processes in our country is still in a low level. Some factors such as lower productivity, higher energy consumption and irrational process structure are still the main negative influence factors.To solve this problem, it is very necessary to qualify raw material, gradually optimize and establish more reasonable blast furnace burden. With regard to this question, combined with practical situation of blast furnace production and the situation of raw materials in Bayi iron and steel company (BISC), a lot of tests are carried out to meaeure metalurgical properties of different kinds of burden composition, suitable burden for BISC blast furnaces has been analyzed based on the results of tests in this thesis.These will supply theoretical bases for quality improvment of raw materials, finding out irrational burden, intensified smelting process and decreaseing coke ratio, keeping good blast furnace condition and long furnace life.
