外包型钢混凝土梁性能研究

【摘要】 型钢混凝土结构是在混凝土中配置型钢,这些型钢可以是轧制的也可以是焊接的。型钢可以根据构件截面的大小、受力特点,灵活地选用。由于截面中配置有型钢,构件的承载能力、刚度大大提高,构件的断面尺寸大大减少,房间的使用面积明显增加,房间中的设备、家具也能更好布置。梁截面高度减小,房间的净空增加,房屋的层高与总高也有所降低。由于型钢混凝土结构强度、刚度的明显提高,可以应用于大跨、重荷、高层及超高层建筑中。 由于组合结构的一系列优点,所以其得到广泛应用。传统的型钢混凝土梁是将型钢放在混凝土里面,本文研究一种全新截面形式的型钢混凝土梁,是将型钢外包混凝土。 本文通过三根外包型钢混凝土梁试验,研究了其正截面承载能力、刚度以及裂缝方面的性质,并提出了一些相关建议公式。同时在现有混凝土非线性分析理论的基础上,采用ANSYS有限元分析程序建立了外包型钢混凝土梁的有限元模型,结合试验数据对模型进行了验证,另外还改变了一些参数建立了有限元模型,并和建议公式的结果进行了对比。

【Abstract】 The characteristic of Profiled Bat-Concrete structure is to set profiled bar in concrete. The profiled bar could be rolled or welded. The type of bar can be selected according to cross section area, performance of the member. The bar can enhance the bearing capacity and stiffness of the member, so that the cross section area of member can be significantly reduced, and function area of the building can be increased. The height of the room is increased .The height of the beam is decreased so that the net height of the room is increased, or the storey height and the total height of the building can be reduced .Because of highly improved strength and stiffness, Profiled Bat-Concrete structure can be applied to wide-span structure, heavily load structure and high rise building.Composite structure is widely applied due to its merits. Traditional Profiled Bat-Concrete structure is to set profiled bar in concrete ,while the paper proposed a new type of profiled bar concrete beam ,in which profiled bar envelopes concrete.The paper studied tests on three epiboly profiled bar concrete beams, bearing capacity of normal section, stiffness and behavior of cracks, and put forward formulas as advise .Based on extant nonlinear concrete theory, a FEM model was built by ANSYS program .The results of FEM analysis was verified by tests data .some parameters in FEM model were changed to build different models and the analysis results were compared with the advised formulas.
