DG670/13.7-4型锅炉燃烧调整及燃烧器改造研究

【摘要】 随着电网容量的不断增长,各类机组都会参与调峰。本文以DG670/13.7-4型锅炉为例,深入的分析了锅炉调峰运行中存在的燃烧不稳、调峰能力差、自动化程度低等问题。明确了没有设计调峰能力的锅炉在参与电网调峰运行所应采取的措施:燃烧调整与燃烧器改造。分析影响锅炉燃烧稳定性的因素,确定燃烧调整试验方案,通过试验确立燃烧调整优化方案。通过对不同燃烧器稳燃机理的分析,确立燃烧器选型原则,实施了燃烧器改造,并对燃烧器改造情况进行了鉴定与分析,再次对燃烧器改造后燃烧调整的方案进行优化,制定了燃烧器整改方案和实施计划。 结合DCS改造,完成了早期投产的国产锅炉的燃烧管理系统的逻辑设计及优化工作,大大提高了机组的自动化水平。 本文作为老机组改造比较成功的范例,可以为老机组的运行调试和改造提供参考。

【Abstract】 With increasing of capacity of power grid, every unit may turn into peak load unit. This article analyzes thoroughly problems that unstable combustion, low capacity of peak shaving,low-level automatization etc. occur in peak shaving operation by taking example for boiler MOD DG670/13.7-4. Steps are revealed that must be taken when boiler without designed capability of peak shaving takes part in peak shaving operation: one is combustion adjustment, the other one modification of burner. By analysis of factors that influence stability of boiler combustion, test project is validated. After combustion adjustment test, an optimized adjustment project is worked out. By analysis of mechanism of stable combustion of different burners, burners are modified according to principle of buner selection. After authentication and analysis of buner modification, combustion adjustment project is optimized again, burner modification scheme is validated.Using opportunity of upgrading of DCS, work are completed that design and optimization of logic diagram of BMS of homemade boiler put into production early. Level of unit operation automatization is increased greatly, operation gets more economical.This study is a successful example of modificatiion of old unit, has reference to operation, regulation and modificatiion of old unit.Xu Wenbiao (power plant Thermal power engineering) Directed by prof.
