基于小波分析的滚动轴承故障诊断方法研究

【摘要】 滚动轴承是机械设备中最常见的零部件,它的运行状态直接影响到整台机器的功能。本文总结分析了滚动轴承典型故障的故障机理及其振动特征,详细介绍了滚动轴承振动信号分析与故障诊断的方法。滚动轴承出现故障时的振动信号是非平稳信号,用常规傅立叶分析方法达不到良好的效果。小波分析方法可以同时从时域和频域两个方面对信号进行分析,十分适于滚动轴承的故障诊断。本文介绍了小波分析,并提出两种将小波分析应用于故障诊断的新方法——基于小波包变换的时域分析法和基于小波包变换的能量谱分析法,将它们应用于实际的轴承试验台上,并取得了良好的诊断结果。

【Abstract】 Rolling bearing is one of the most familiar components of the equipments.Its running states will affect the whole machine’s function.The fault principle and the fault vibration property were analyzed in this paper.The means of vibration signal analysis and fault diagnosis of the rolling bearing were also introduced.Excellent effects can not be abtained by using regular Fourier analyzing the nonstationary vibration signals produced by the wrong rolling bearing. The wavelet analysis method,which can analyze the signals both in time and frequency domains,is suitable to the fault diagnosis of the rolling bearing.The wavelet analysis was introduced.This paper proposed two new methods which applied wavelet analysis to fault diagnosis——time domain analysis method based on wavelet packet transform and energy spectrum analysis method based on wavelet packet transform.The experiments on the actual test table showed that the two proposed methods attained a satisfactory effect.
