【摘要】 DSM在国外已经有比较长的发展历程，并为许多国家GDP的增长做出了巨大的贡献。我国九十年代才引入了DSM， 但是目前DSM还没有在我国得到广泛应用。近几年，我国电力供应紧张现象再次引起了各方面的关注。根据我国目前的经济发展趋势，如果继续实施目前的粗放型电力发展模式将无法满足经济的发展，电力供应的不足将成为我国经济发展的瓶颈。DSM是一种通过电力公司，发供电企业和用户协调，改变用电方式，减少电量消耗，提高供电服务质量和终端用电效率的方式。本文介绍了DSM的经济和财务评价的基本理论，DSM在国外的发展成果和效益及对我国的借鉴作用。本文通过建立模型，从用户、电力公司和社会三个角度分析在我国实施DSM的可行性，并用实例进行验证。在此基础上，对在我国实施DSM提出一些建议和意见。更多还原

【Abstract】 DSM has a long developing process, and makes the great contribution to GDP of many countries. DSM was introduced to our country in 1990s, but it still has not a vast application in our country. Recently , the power supply is tight，which bring the attentions of all levels .According to our present economic developing trend, the present extensive power develop model cannot satisfy the development of our economy, the scarcity of power would be the bottleneck of it. DSM is a method to change the electro-manner, cut down power consume, provide a high service quality and improve the terminal consumer efficiency through the cooperation of the power corporations, the power supplies and the terminal users. This paper introduces the theory of evaluation of DSM on economics and finance, sketches the development of DSM in abroad, and elicits some lessons to us. This paper analyses the feasibility of DSM in our country by economical model from the point of view of the terminal users, the power corporations and the society, and validated by some examples. Base on this, the author gives some suggestions and advice.更多还原
