多电平高压变频器监控系统的研发

【摘要】 本论文详细介绍了多电平高压变频器监控系统硬、软件的设计和开发过程。论文首 先从监控系统的设计要求入手,着重分析了高压变频驱动系统和多电平变频器控制的要 求和功能,阐述了监控系统的硬件设计的思路,构建出系统的整体结构,并分别介绍了 系统各个硬件模块的功能。接着叙述了工控机部分监控程序的设计过程,介绍了程序的 功能需求、程序的结构及其实现方法,并针 对运行过程中的一些缺陷,提出了程序进一 步改进的措施。本论文还对电能质量问题对高压变频器的影响作了初步的探讨与分析, 提出一种检测功率单元直流电压变化的控制策略,用 MATLAB 作了仿真分析,仿真结果表明此方法能够有效抵御 电压暂降和短时中断 的干扰。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the design and development of the hardware and software of monito ring and control system of multilevel high - voltage inverter in detail. Firstly, the control functions of high - voltage variable frequency drive system and multilevel inverters and the demands of this monitoring system are analy z e d. The thoughts of hardware design, the whole structure and the function of each hardware module are introduced respectively in this paper. Secondly, this paper presents the design, functions, structure, actualizing methods of part of monitoring and control program which runs on Indu strial Control Computer. Some further measures to correct the faults emerging in testing are also put forward. Moreover, the problems of the power quality impacting on high - voltage inverters are generally discussed and analyzed. A control strategy based on detecting DC voltage of power cell is put forward. Through simulating on MATLAB, the results show that this strategy can resist the disturbances of voltage sags and interruptions effectively.
