配电网电能质量装置调控效果的分析与改善

【摘要】 随着电能质量问题的不断深入研究,应用于配电网的电能质量装置得到了很大的发展。但是由于配电网及其所带负荷的极其复杂,再加上此类装置的配置/运行还缺乏现场经验和相关技术规程,很可能会出现“一流的电能质量设备,二流的调控效果”的状况。基于以上原因,本论文首先系统地分析了配电网电能质量装置的基本结构、补偿方式以及其电压和电流调控的效果,总结了装置在运行过程中已出现的和潜在的问题;然后,以此为基础提出了改善电能质量装置在配电网中配置/运行状况的优化方法,归纳出对电能质量装置配置的规程性方法,即最优配置方案;最后,根据所得结论,结合实际配电网进行计算分析,并应用MATLAB/Simulink对整个过程进行仿真运行验证其有效性。

【Abstract】 Now, there are several kinds of power quality improving equipments, which have been developed recently and can be commercialized and put into operation satisfactorily improve the power quality on the power distribution grids.HMN-rule is invented here to analyze and obtain the general control-adjust result of the power quality on every nodes on the whole time, and can be applied to choose/deploy power quality equipments and match the equip-parameters of power quality equipments in operation to optimize the control-adjust result, and to facilitate the establishment of a power-quality-equipment operation regulation for the Electrical Power Administration Department/company when the HMN-rule is further investigated and improved after in the process of application.Zheng Xiaokun (Electric Power System and Automation)Directed by prof.
