水声换能器与换能器阵技术研究

【摘要】 水声换能器及其基阵的研制,在现代海洋军事发展中有着举足轻重的地位。本文根据现代潜战和反潜战(ASW)的实际情况,按照经典的换能器和基阵的设计理论,研制声呐,旨在扩展其频带宽度、降低其工作频率、增大其发射功率、扩大其作用距离以及提高其搜索效率和定向准确度。本文将主要介绍压电类换能器和圆柱型换能器阵的设计思想、研制过程和试验分析。内容包括: 1.介绍压电陶瓷的物理特性,介绍有关换能器和基阵的性能参数和试验原理。 2.介绍径向极化圆柱型压电陶瓷水听器的工作原理和设计方法。 3.介绍拥有喇叭型前盖板的纵振Tonpilz型压电换能器的工作原理,设计方法,研制工艺和试验分析。以及这种类型换能器的辅助设计软件。 4.介绍圆柱型换能器阵的工作原理,设计方法,研制工艺和试验分析。

【Abstract】 The research of underwater transducer and transducer array is playing a decisive role in the development of modern marine military equipment. Based on the real situation of submarine and antisubmarine warfare(ASW), According to the classical design theory of transducer or transducer array, a sonar will be researched and made , which has the feature of more wider bandwidth, more lower operating frequency, more lager radiation acoustic power, more farther operating distance, more higher researching efficiency and more higher directive accuracy . This thesis will mainly introduce the design idea, mading procedure and empirical analysis about piezoelectric transducer and cylindrical transducer array. The full coverage include as following:1. The physical property of piezoelectric ceramic; performance reference and empirical principle about transducer and array.2. The operating principle and design method of radial polarization cylindrical piezoelectric hydrophone.3. The operating principle, design method, mading technology, empiricalanalysis of horn-type longitudinal tonpilz piezoelectric transducer. And . the software of transducer aided design for this type.4. The operating principle, design method, mading technology, empiricalanalysis of cylindrical transducer array.
