某型伺服机构计算机测控试验系统设计

【摘要】 电液伺服机构是直升机的重要部件之一,其功能的完备性和性能的优劣对于飞行安全和飞行性能都极为重要。因而对其进行性能测试具有重要的意义,本论文讨论某型伺服机构的计算机测控系统设计,系统兼容人工手动测试功能,可完成两个系列,五种型号的伺服机构测试。 本系统为计算机辅助测试(CAT)系统,采用流行的虚拟仪器技术开发,界面丰富,操作简便。试验状态切换、控制、测试、数据采集和处理、显示保存均采用计算机完成,可实时处理多路信号,大大提高了试验的自动化程度、效率和测量的准确性。论文中进行了液压动力源系统设计、计算机测试系统设计,包括测试系统的软、硬件设计。针对具体项目,开发了力传感器、位移传感器、流量传感器信号的放大变送电路,模拟量、开关量信号调理电路。对液压信号源的位置系统控制进行了详细分析,建立了数学模型,进行了仿真计算和控制方法研究。论文中对测试软件的虚拟仪器语言LabWindows/CVI开发平台、数字信号滤波算法和系统调试过程也作了介绍。 实际使用表明,本系统功能完备,性能先进,满足测试要求,并且使用简便、易于扩充。对于提高部队维修检测水平,增强战斗保障能力具有实际意义。
【Abstract】 Electro-hydraulic servo mechanism is an important part of helicopters, the integrity of it’s function and state of it’s performance has fatal influence on the safety and behavior of the aircraft, so it is necessary to test the product before application. This dissertation focused on the design of the computer aided test and control system of a certain product. This system is compatible to manual test, can be used to two series five types servo mechanisms testing processes.This test system is a computer aided test(CAT) system, developed in virtual instruments(VI) technology, has abundant interfaces and easy to use. The conversion of test status, testing and control, data acquisition and processing, displaying and saving are all carried by computer. This paper mainly studies the design of the oil source system, and the computer aided test and control system, including the software and hardware subsystems. Three kinds of circuit are developed for position transducers, force transducers and flow transducers. The control method of a positioning system is discussed in detail according to analysis, modeling and simulation. The feature of virtual instrument language CVI is also presented in this paper.This system has been approved to be a successful design by practical use.
