【摘要】 本文在介绍和分析了国内外基于Web的个性化产品定制及产品配置管理的发展和应用情况的基础上，结合现代信息技术的发展，提出了一种基于个性化Web定制的功能驱动产品配置管理系统的体系框架，对其中的关键理念一功能驱动的产品配置管理思想进行了深入的研究和探讨并建立了系统模型，然后以温州东华服装设备有限公司的干洗机系列产品为应用对象设计和开发了原型系统，最后对基于个性化Web定制的功能驱动产品配置管理系统的应用和发展前景进行了有意义的展望。 本文主要进行了以下方面的研究： 1、介绍和分析了基于Web的个性化产品定制及产品配置管理的理论背景，在此基础上提出了一种基于个性化Web定制的功能驱动产品配置管理系统的体系框架结构，该结构具有分布性、集成性和可扩展性等特点； 2、探讨了产品配置管理理念，在产品的功能分析的基础上提出了功能驱动的产品配置管理思想并建立了系统模型； 3、对配置管理系统中的产品配置过程进行了数学描述，对定制产品相似实例的提取算法进行了研究； 4、以温州东华服装设备有限公司的干洗机系列产品为应用对象，设计和开发了原型系统。 基于个性化Web定制的功能驱动产品配置管理系统是实现个性化定制的一个基于网络的整体解决方案的重要组成部分，是满足个性化定制和网络化营销的重要途径和技术手段之一，它将客户定制产品与企业的生产相联系，具有较大的理论和应用意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 After the introduction and analysis of the development of web-based customization and product configuration management at home and abroad, a new kind of framework of function-driven product configuration management system based on customization of web is built according to the development of the modern information technology. An emphasis is emphasized on the study on the thought of function-driven product configuration management and the system model is built, then take the series dry-cleaning machines of Wenzhou Donghua Apparel Equipment CO.,LTD as an applied object to implement this kind of archetypal system. In the end, the author makes a significant expectation to the future of its application and development.These items are studied in this paper:1. Building a framework of function-driven product configuration management system based on customization of web and making a detailed analysis and research on the system characteristics and functions based on the academic background on web-based customization and product configuration management.2. Having a study on product configuration management idea in the system and bringing forward a function-driven product configuration management thought based on the analysis of functions in product and building the system model.3. Describing the problems of the process of product configuration and having a study on fuzzy optimum selection of similar instance in algorithm.4. Taking the series dry-cleaning machines of Wenzhou Donghua Apparel Equipment CO.,LTD as an applied object to design and develop the archetypal system.As a important part of the holistic resolvent based on Web in carrying out customization, the system is also a method to satisfy network manufacture and customization.
