葡萄胎误诊45例临床分析MMP及TIMP在GTD中的表达分析

【摘要】 目的 探讨葡萄胎临床误诊原因。方法 对我院近4年中经病理和临床确诊的葡萄胎患者150例，其中误诊45例进行回顾性分析。结果 误诊患者45例，占30％，误诊为流产者42例，占28％。结论 随着临床诊断技术的提高，使得葡萄胎的诊断得以提前，典型症状的减少增加了确诊的难度，临床上应引起足够重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the misdiagnosed causes in hydatidiform mole .Methods 45 out of 150 cases, diagnosed by pathology and clinics, were retrospectively analysed from 1999 to 2002. Results 45 cases were misdiagnosed and the total misdiagnosis rate was 30%, in which 42 cases were misdiagnosed as abortion. Conclusions The development of medical technique makes the diagnostic time of hydatidiform mole earlier than before. Clinical diagnosis becomes more difficult due to decline of typical symptoms . Clinical doctors should pay attention to such cases.更多还原
