型号工程模具快速设计与管理系统模架库建库平台的研究与实现

【摘要】 在模具设计中,大量应用标准件和模架,通用三维CAD软件难以满足实际工作的需要,为此建立通用的符合国家标准和企业标准的标准件库和模架库可以有效提高模具的设计效率。 针对模架的构成特点,对模架的构成进行了分类,将拓扑概念应用于冲裁模模架结构,提出模架的拓扑结构,其分层次管理模架的特点,降低了模架库建库的难度。利用虚零件的概念,有效简化了螺栓类紧固零件装配过程。基于上述理论,结合型号工程模具快速设计系统,以CATIA为平台,开发了模架库建库平台,建立了冲裁模模架库,取得了良好的效果。
【Abstract】 A large number of standard parts and mold base are used during design process of mold, but commerce CAD software packages have no library of standard parts generally, which is suitable to the designer. As result of this, it is necessary to build the library of standard parts and mold base, which are fit for both the national standard and enterprise standard.According to the constructional characteristic of mold base, mold parts are classified. Topology technology is applied to describe the mold base construction, the complexity of building mold base library is reduced by using hierarchical construction of mold base. In order to reduce complexity in the process of connecting element modeling, "virtual parts" is presented. Integrated in the rapid design and management system of die, The platform, which used to build mold base library, is implemented with satisfying results, and mold base library has been built on this platform.
