基于并行工程的民用飞机维修性定性指标验证方法研究

【摘要】 对于民用飞机,其维修性的好坏将直接影响其全寿命周期费用,也将影响其市场竞争力。因此在飞机的早期阶段,必须充分考虑飞机的维修性问题。 本文在详细研究军用飞机维修性定性指标体系的基础上,提出了适用于民用飞机的维修性定性指标体系。针对可达性指标,本文从三个角度进行验证:第一,提出可达时间的概念,给出可达时间的求解方法,从定量的角度来衡量定性指标;第二,从视觉可达的角度来评价可达性的好坏,提出视觉可达性的验证方法:相对位置验证法和视野内切锥验证法,并给出计算机辅助验证流程;第三,从作业空间可达性的角度来评价可达性的好坏,研究了作业空间计算机辅助验证准则、内容和验证流程。最后以主起落架机轮组的装配图为例,详细说明了计算机辅助验证方法。 本文提出的在飞机设计早期阶段对飞机维修性定性指标进行验证的方法,对于构建民用飞机维修性虚拟评估与验证的计算机系统具有一定的指导意义。
【Abstract】 For civil airplane, the good or the bad of its maintainability will directly affects its whole life costs and affects its competition in the market. So the maintainability of airplane must be considered at the early stage of design.This paper firstly put forward maintainability qualitative parameters being the same with civil airplane based on traversing maintainability qualitative parameters of warplane. This paper validate the good or the bad of reachability from three point of view: firstly, putting forward reachable time and giving method that resolve the reachable time, the reachable time validate qualitative parameters with quantitative data. Secondly, validating the good or the bad of reachability from view reachability, putting forward validation method of view reachability: validation method of relatively position and validation method of field of view and giving compute aided validation flow; thirdly, validating the good or bad of rachability from space reachability, researching compute aided validation rule and contents and flow of task space. Lastly, taking the group of wheel of the main undercarriage for example, illuminating compute aided validation method.Validation method of civil airplane maintainability qualitative parameters is instructive to constitute successfully a computer system of maintainability evaluation and validation of airplane.
