级联型相移载波SPWM逆变器的研究

【摘要】 本文首先建立了单相单极性全桥SPWM逆变器的小信号平均模型,详细分析了模型中的参数变化对逆变器系统性能的影响,并给出了相应的物理解释以及Saber仿真结果,在此基础上,进一步建立了级联型相移载波SPWM逆变器的小信号平均模型,并进行了相关分析;其次,建立了单相单极性全桥SPWM逆变器以及级联型相移载波SPWM逆变器的数学模型,对二者分别进行了详细的谐波分析,提出了一种有效的SPWM逆变器滤波器的设计方法,将其应用于以上两种逆变器,取得了良好的效果;接着,详细介绍了级联型相移载波SPWM逆变器的工作原理,对它的一些特点进行了讨论;最后,分别制作了单相单极性全桥SPWM逆变器以及级联型相移载波SPWM逆变器的实验样机,给出了各自的实验波形与实验数据。

【Abstract】 The small-signal averaging model of single-phase unipolar full-bridge SPWM(Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation) inverter is built in this paper firstly. The performance of inverter system is analyzed with the variation of parameter in the model in detail while the physical explanation and simulation result with Saber are given. The small-signal averaging model of cascade phase-shifting carrier SPWM inverter is also built and analyzed. And then , the mathematics models of single-phase unipolar full-bridge SPWM inverter and cascade phase-shifting carrier SPWM inverter are established separately and their harmonic analysis are all presented. According to the above harmonic analysis result, an effective filter design method on SPWM inverter is proposed and has good effect on the two kinds of inverters. What’ s more, the operation principle and characteristics of cascade phase-shifting carrier SPWM inverter are introduced and discussed in detail. At last, the prototypes of single-phase unipolar full-bridge SPWM inverter and cascade phase-shifting carrier SPWM inverter are made separately. The experimental waveform and data of the prototypes are given.
