【摘要】 产学研结合是自二十世纪八十年代以来在我国高等学校得到发展和运用的一种办学模式。 本文从高等学校产学研结合的历史发展、思想来源和理论依据的研究入手，以马克思主义教育思想为指导，运用管理学、高等教育学的理论和历史法、比较分析法、文献法及实证研究等方法，着力于以高等学校为中心的产学研结合的模式、管理体制和运行机制的研究；通过对产学研结合发展背景和趋势的研究，探索出日益市场化、国际化背景下高等学校产学研结合的创新模式及其管理体制和运行机制，为构建产学研结合的可持续发展新模式提出了政策性建议和实施对策。 在研究内容选取上，强调对产学研结合模式的系统研究，着力于研究理论的形成、规范和系统。研究中对产业主导型、教学主导型、科研主导型和综合主导型产学研结合模式的特征、典型模式及运用中应注意的问题进行了分析，并对高等农业院校龙型产学研结合模式及特征进行了研究。 在研究目标选取上，以产学研结合模式的基本内容研究为基础，对产学研结合模式的管理体制、运行机制及产学研结合发展趋势进行较全面、系统的研究。提出了产学研结合运行机制的构成七要素——“三源四机制”，即“三结合”的主体源、动力源、制度源、决策与管理机制、保障与激励机制、调节与约束机制及运作与发展机制，将产学研结合运行机制分为信用基础型、契约型和法人型等三个基本类型，并对产学研结合的可持续发展模式进行相应的研究。提出我国产学研结合的发展趋势为“八化”，即综合化、国际化、可持续化、一体化、规范化、市场化、规模化和现代化，并认为综合化、国际化、一体化、规范化、市场化、规模化和现代化是产学研结合的手段和形式趋势，可持续化是产学研结合的目标趋势。 在研究结论与对策选取上，归结出与本研究内容相关的十个基本结论，提出了相应的八项对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cooperation of Enterprises, Universities and Scientific Research Institutions (CEUSRI hereafter) is a pattern of school running that has been developed and applied in China since the 1980s.This paper focuses on the research of the modes, management systems, and operating mechanisms of CEUSRI centered on university.In method, guided by Marxist educational ideas, the paper starts with the history, ideological sources and bases of CEUSRI and applies management science, university pedagogy, historical and comparative analysis, literature and demonstration. Through the research on the background, tendency, developing mode, management system and operating mechanism of CEUSRI under marketization and internationalization, the paper puts forward suggestions and measures in policy making and implementation about how to establish the sustainable mode of CEUSRI.In content, the paper focuses on the research of CEUSRI system and the formation, standardization and system of the research theory. In the research, the paper discusses the characteristics and typical models of enterprise - dominated mode, university - dominated mode, scientific -research - institution - dominated mode and comprehensive mode as well as the "Dragon Type" CEUSRI model of agricultural higher institutions.In goal, on the basis of the content of CEUSRI models, the paper deals comprehensively and systematically with the management system,operating mechanism and development trend of CEUSRI. It proposes the seven elements that consist of the operating mechanism- "three sources and four mechanisms": the source of main body, the source of motivation, the source of system, the mechanism of decision - making and administration, the mechanism of guarantee and incentive, the mechanism of regulation and restriction and the mechanism of operation and development. And the operating mechanism is divided into three types: basic credit, contract and corporation. In trend, the paper proposes eight possibilities: syntheticalization, internationalization, sustentation, integration, standardization, marketization, large scales, and modernization, among which, syntheticalization, internationalization, integration, standardization, marketization, large scales, and modernization are the main means and forms of CEUSRI and sustentation is the goal of CEUSRI.Drawn from the research are ten basic conclusions and eight corresponding strategies concerning CEUSRI.更多还原
