【摘要】 信息技术为企业的发展提供了新的机遇，如何利用信息技术实现信息化，提高管理水平，增强企业的综合竞争能力，是摆在我们面前的一个重要课题。 企业信息化与企业管理之间是一种互动关系。先进的管理方法要靠信息化来支撑，企业实施信息化是为提升管理水平、改善企业管理服务的。将管理和计算机相结合，把知识管理放到电子协作这一大环境中进行建设，是企业信息化建设的必然趋势。本文正是从这一思想出发，在电子协作的基础上对知识管理的重要内容从理论到实践上进行研究，以期为企业信息化建设和知识管理的实施提供有益的参考。 本文从企业信息化的概念和内容出发，对企业电子协作的模式、系统功能、解决方案等方面进行研究。作为企业电子协作的组成部分，知识管理无疑是一个新的热点研究领域。本文在电子协作的基础上，对知识管理的研究现状进行述评，并研究了知识管理的概念和企业知识资本的内容，指出了信息化过程中知识管理的难点所在。在综合研究基于电子协作的知识管理的基础上，提出了一个知识管理过程模型，用定量的方法对企业知识管理的评价和监控问题进行研究，并以实例说明该模型的应用。然后从技术的角度，从体系结构、总体结构、概要设计、功能设计、安全体系等方面对基于电子协作的企业知识管理系统进行了研究，并设计和实现了知识管理系统中隐性知识交流和共享的平台——知识社区。 本文提出的企业知识管理过程模型、量化评价模型，以及知识管理系统的体系结构、概要设计和安全体系等方面的内容，对企业开发基于电子协作的知识管理系统具有重要的指导意义和参考价值，并为进一步研究基于电子协作的知识管理奠定基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Information technique provides new opportunities to enterprise for its development. How to use information technique to realize informationlization, to improve the level of management, and to enhance the overall competitive ability of the enterprise, is an important task we faced.It is one kind of interactive relation between enterprise informationlization and business management. The advanced management method must depend on the support of informationlization. Informationlization can promote management and serve for business management in a sense. Combining management with computer and putting knowledge management to the environment of e-collaboration will be the inevitable trend of enterprise informationlization. This article, precisely embarks from this thought, conducts the research on knowledge management from theory to practice on the foundation of e-collaboration. This will provide profitable reference to enterprise for its construction of informationlization and implementation of knowledge management.From the conception and content of enterprise informationlization, the article researches the pattern, system function, solution of e-collaboration. As one important part of e-collaboration, knowledge management is a new hot research area without doubt. The article studies knowledge management from the present situation on the foundation of e-collaboration. The article researches on the conception of knowledge, knowledge management and knowledge capital, and indicate the difficulty of knowledge management. On the foundation of this, the article puts forward a model of knowledge management process, researching the evaluation and supervisal of knowledge management by the quantification ways, and illustrates the application of the model. Then, from technique aspect, the article researches the construction of knowledge management system based on e-collaboration form its system structure, hierarchical structure, synoptic design, function design and security architecture. Finally, the article designs and realizes knowledge community of knowledge management system, a system platform for communion and share of tacit knowledge.The contents the article putted forward, such as model of knowledge management process, quantitative evaluation model, and the system structure, hierarchical structure and security architecture of knowledge management system, are of important indication and reference for enterprise to develop its knowledge management system based on e-collaboration.
