自动重合闸零序电流暂态过程及加速保护方案研究

【摘要】 研究输电线路单相重合闸与三相重合闸时零序电流的暂态过程及其对各种常用保护算法的影响,根据暂态零序电流及其大小的特征,提出了自适应零序电流加速保护方案,解决了常规零序电流加速保护方案需要延时的缺陷;针对单相重合闸与三相重合闸时系统振荡的特点,提出了新的距离加速保护方案;将零序电流加速保护与距离保护相配合得到自动重合闸加速保护综合方案,改善了重合闸后加速保护的性能。
【Abstract】 The paper studies the characters of transient zero sequence current during single-phase recloser and three-phase recloser and it’s influence upon several often used algorithm. According to the characters of transient zero sequence current and it’s magnitude, a self-adapting accelerating scheme for zero sequence current protection during single-phase and three-phase recloser is presented which overcomes the shortcoming in general schemes which needs delaying. In allusion to the characters of system oscillation during single-phase recloser and three-phase recloser, the author put forward a new distance protection accelerating scheme. According to the schemes, a general schemes for auto recloser accelerating protection is presented which improves performance of accelerating protection.
