煤矸石、粉煤灰作为道路基层填料的试验研究

【摘要】 阜新是一座以煤、电为主导产业的城市,在煤矿生产和电厂发电过程中,排放了大量的煤矸石和粉煤灰,严重污染了城市环境,已成为阜新社会一大公害。在对煤矸石、粉煤灰和风积砂土的各项物理力学特性进行试验研究的基础上,通过对比试验选择了可供工程应用的新型固化剂。应用这种新型固化剂,并采用正交试验设计方法,分别对煤矸石水泥稳定土、煤矸石粉煤灰水泥稳定土、综合稳定土等进行了大量的试验研究,获得了可应用于道路工程的优化配方。利用神经网络模拟研究了路面基层混合料的性能,建立了一个考虑了各因素影响的自适应模型,能很好地模拟路面基层在不同条件下的性能。上述试验和理论研究成果,对合理利用煤矸石、粉煤灰等资源,减少环境污染等,均具有重要的现实意义。
【Abstract】 Fuxin is a city where coal and power are leading industries. During production of coal and the process of electric power generation, a great deal of coal gangue and fly ash are produced. It severely pollute city environment, and become a pollution nuisance. On the basis of research of various physical characteristics of coal gangue, fly ash, Aeolian sand, through contrast experiment, we chose this new reinforce material. Application of this new style, and using of orthogonal test, we make a lot of researches over coal gangue cement stabilized soil, coal gangue fly ash cement stabilized soil, synthesis stabilized soil, and then get optimization recipe which can be applied in road engineer. By using NN analogue nature of roadbed mixture, we build a self-adapting mode considering various factors which analogue nature of roadbed under different conditions. These research and test achievements have important actual meaning for reasonable using of coal gangue and fly ash and relieve environment pollution.
