铜川新区水环境系统仿真研究

【摘要】 将现代计算机仿真技术引入水环境系统研究中,可以形象直观地模拟不同污染情势及不同治理方案下的水环境,使水环境管理人员迅速、灵活地掌握和预测区域水污染状况,并据此制订出科学的综合整治方案。 论文首先将铜川新区划分为5个水环境功能区,并采用模糊综合评判方法对铜川新区各种水体进行了水环境质量现状评价,确定了水体的主要污染因子为CODcr,采用灰色预测方法预测了规划年(2010年)铜川新区水环境污染物排放量。 论文其次从系统功能需求分析、流程分析、系统结构及数据库几个方面对铜川新区水环境仿真系统进行了总体设计。 根据铜川新区河流的特点及其有机物的迁移转化过程,采用一维稳态水质模型进行仿真,并应用最小二乘法对模型参数进行了估值。在MATLAB/SIMULINK仿真平台上开发了铜川新区水质仿真模型,应用MATLAB优化工具箱建立了水污染控制系统仿真模型。 最后,应用仿真模型对铜川新区境内的漆水河(三里洞—岔口段)进行仿真试验,研究河流径流量、污染物排放量、CODcr衰减系数以及初始断面水质改变对河流沿程水质的影响;以整体费用最低且满足水体水质要求为目标进行技术经济分析,考虑了各排污口的污染负荷和削减量的协调分配,进行水污染控制系统仿真计算,制订出漆水河(三里洞—岔口段)水污染控制系统方案。
【Abstract】 Applying the modern computer simulation technique to study water environment system, the simulation result is visual in the case of different pollution conditions and different pollution control plans. On basis of it, the water manager can rapidly and flexibly mastery and forecast region water environment pollution condition, and easily draw scientific comprehensive control plan.At first, this paper divides Tongchuan New-District into five water environmental function areas, it assesses the water environmental quality with fuzzy comprehensive judge and takes CODcr as the major pollution factor, it quantifies the regional pollution drainage in the planning year of 2010 with gray model.Next, water environment simulation system is designed as a whole from aspects of system functions analysis, flow analysis, system framework and database.Moreover, base on characteristics of the river of Tongchuan New-district and the process of organic transferring and transforming, the one-dimension steady water quality physical model of Tongchuan New-district is established, furthermore model parameters is estimated with least squares method. The water quality simulation model of Tongchuan New-district is developed with MATLAB/SIMULIN simulation platform, water pollution control system simulation model is built with optimize toolbox of MATLAB.At last, the simulation experiment is carried out on simulation platform, varied effects on water quality are researched in the case of different value of runoff, pollution drainage, CODcr attenuation factor and initial section concentration; aiming at whole cost lowest and meeting the water quality demand, at the mean time, the distribution of pollution reduction quantity for each sewage system is coordinated, water pollution control system simulation calculating is carried out, and the Qishui River water pollution control plan is worked out.
