循环水系统缓蚀阻垢剂的研究

【摘要】 本论文主要包括课题准备和实验研究两部分。 为明确研究重点,调查了大庆油田天然气公司八座循环水场的运行现状,以及冷换设备的更换情况;分析了循环水场补充水源的水质;从电化学角度和无机化学的难溶盐的离子浓度积及络合理论,简明系统的论述了循环水的结垢和腐蚀机理,以及缓蚀阻垢机理。然后,将研究重点定位于研发循环水交流的缓蚀阻垢剂。 在不同温度和不同药剂浓度下,首先系统的评价了单项药剂PBTCA(2—膦酰基—丁烷—1,2,4三羧酸)、HPAA(2—羟基膦酰基乙酸)、HL—1(三元共聚物)和HL—2(三元共聚物)对不同水源水的静态阻垢性能,也系统的评价了这些药剂的缓蚀性能。在完成单项药剂评价的基础上,通过复合药剂实验,选得最佳的QH—1防垢剂和QH—2缓蚀剂,最后在生产现场,测定了QH—1的动态阻垢率,并以旋转挂片法测定了QH—1和QH—2的缓蚀性能,还以美国结垢预测软件系统进行了计算,结果表明,复合药剂QH—1和QH—2的阻垢缓蚀杀菌性能优于同类产品(天津产、南京产)。动态模拟研究表明,QH—1和QH—2的两个三元共聚物配方药剂的缓蚀阻垢效果,达到了中石化《冷却水分析和实验方法》中的优级指标。

【Abstract】 This paper contains two parts, preparation for research and experimental evaluation.Based on the investigation of operating state and exchanger replacement at cycle water sites in Daqing oil field natural gas corporation and the analysis of the make up water supply, the research was focused on selection and evaluation of inhibitors of corrosion and scale which will be applied in Daqing.The experimental research was carried out firstly to test inhibition performance of some single inhibitors, such as PBTCA, HPAA, HL-1 and HL-2 under different temperature and inhibitor concentration. In order to collect various valuable properties in one inhibitor, composite inhibitors of ter-copolymer QH-1 and QH-2 were selected to be characterized their inhibition behaviors by static state simulation and/or dynamic simulation. The results can be concluded as followed:The inhibition of corrosion and scale of composite system is stronger than single component which may be due to the synergy existing in composite system.Various quality indexes of QH-1 and QH-2 reach the excellent requirements described in "cold water analysis and test methods" of SINOPEC.
