数字化服装设计系统的研究

【摘要】 随着社会数字化进程的加快,服装设计领域也开始接纳数字化技术的导入,其数字化的发展进程直接影响了整个服装业的发展。服装设计的数字化应主要体现在服装款式设计系统的开发应用上,但其发展至今还未受到应有的重视。现有的服装设计软件大多为服装CAD系统的子系统,其设计方法主要是以鼠标来代替画笔或用图形处理软件处理服装照片,缺乏专业优势,实用性较差。 服装设计数字化课题的研究就是针对服装设计软件的这个盲点切入,在软件设计思路上突破以往的设计资料库齐全的、以平面设计软件为核心的服装设计,而是以服装风格为基础,系统自动生成款式,经人机交互修改后完成设计,具有一定所谓“思考”的能力,是智能化的服装设计,可以为企业决策者把握设计风格提供依据。该系统对使用者没有专业要求,可根据用户对服装的风格、面料、色彩等方面的要求自动生成服装款式,并可进行风格更改、零部件增减、移动和部件大小修改等调整。最后,可根据用户最终确定的款式风格生成系列服装。 系统的核心内容体现为五大模块:款式自动生成模块、款式调整模块、系列款式生成模块、款式智能查询模块、款式虚拟展示模块。由专业的设计师通过知识获取界面将服装设计的知识录入系统,以风格化部件及规则的形式存储在数据库中,再由非专业用户对系统提出指令,经过系统的设计推理机制,按照设计师制定的规则生成服装款式,并可反馈到数据库中进行保存。系统的自学习功能将使该设计系统随着使用次数的增加而愈趋完善。 本课题组经过研究探索,确定了风格量化和服装零部件数字化的规则,建立了服装零部件数据库,通过对零部件关键点、线的规则定义,实现了服装零部件的智能拼接,使服装款式的数字化成为可能,为最终实现数字化的智能服装设计奠定了基础。 由于开发人员和条件的限制,该课题研究过程中尚存若干问题,例如曲线的数学函数拟合方法还需不断改进,对于风格的定义和拼接规则的制定也需不断修正补充以使其最优化。

【Abstract】 With the development of digitalization of the society, fashion field begins to accept digital technology. Fashion design digitalization affects the development of the whole garment industry directly. It involves the development and application of designing software which still haven’t got enough attention. Nowadays, most of the fashion design software is parts of the Garment CAD system, the designing method of which is using mouse in drawing instead of pencils or painting brushes, or using graphic design software to deal with fashion pictures. This kind of software is lack of special superiority and practicability.The Study of Digital Fashion Design System is aiming at the blind spot of fashion design software. It breaks through the formulary of the software which is based on graphic design software with abundant database. On base of fashion style, the system can create clothes automatically with a kind of "thinking" ability. It has no requirement on user’s specialization, but can modify clothes according to user’s needs.The system can be divided into five parts: automatic creating module, modifying module, series designing module, intelligent query module and dummy revealing module. Firstly, fashion designer put designing knowledge into the system, then, users input instruction. The system will produce designs automatically through design ratiocinating part. The self-learning function will make the system become more and more perfect.Our task team established the changing rules of garment parts and database of garments. Through the definition of key lines and key points, the garment parts can be connected automatically by the system, which is the basic of digital fashion design.Because of the working condition, there are still some problems need to be solved, such as the difficulty in simulating curves with math function, the definition of style and the connecting rules of garment parts.
