【摘要】 当今世界，制造业已成为创造人类财富的支柱产业，是人类社会物质文明和精神文明的基础；但是，另一方面，制造业在将制造资源转变为产品的过程中以及产品的使用和处理过程中，消耗掉了大量人类社会有限的资源并对环境造成严重污染。有鉴于此，如何使制造业减少资源消耗和尽可能少地产生环境污染是21世纪制造业面临解决的重大问题。为此21世纪的制造业实施绿色设计制造技术，贯彻可持续发展战略已势在必行。当今世界制造业的发展趋势主要是：全球化、信息化、绿色化、服务化，以实现企业的可持续发展。企业要想实现可持续发展，在国际市场中占有一定的份额，成为市场竞争的胜者，就必须实行绿色设计与制造。本文对以下内容进行了系统分析：1、绿色设计、绿色制造的内涵及其特点；2、绿色制造的产生及现状；3、绿色制造的发展前景；4、绿色制造在企业发展中的作用。通过分析，总结出绿色设计与制造是解决制造业资源消耗和环境污染问题的有效方法，是实施环境污染源头控制的关键途径，是可持续发展战略在制造业的具体体现，是二十一世纪制造业实现可持续发展之路。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, manufacturing has become the main industry for creating human wealth. And it is the basement of material and spiritual civilization. However, on the other hand, it consumes a lot of the limited resources and causes serious environment pollution. So, for manufacturing, how to decrease the consumption and how to reduce the pollution is the great problems in the 21st century. To solve the problem, it is essential to use green design and manufacturing technology and carry out the strategy of sustained growth. Now, globalization, information, no-pollution and service-emphases are the tendency. Enterprises want to own a share of the world market, want to obtain Sustainable development, want to win in the competition, adopting green design and manufacturing technology is their optimum choice.This article analyses the following: 1.meaning and feature of green design, green manufacturing; 2.birth and presence of green manufacturing; 3. future of manufacturing; 4. role of green manufacturing in the development of enterprises. Through analyses, it draws the conclusion that green design and manufacturing is the effective solution to manufacturing resources consumption and environment pollution, the key to the realization of controlling the pollution source, the specific embodiment of sustained development strategy in manufacturing, and the way of making sustained growth come true.更多还原
