黑龙江省大豆品种(品系)遗传特性的研究

【摘要】 本文运用RAPD技术,对黑龙江省10个大豆品种遗传特性进行了研究。计算了10个品种之间的遗传年相似度和遗传距离,并进行了聚类分析,探讨了它们之间的亲缘关系。RAPD技术分析结果表明:用13个随机引物对10个大豆品种的核DNA进行了RAPD扩增,共检出93条扩增片断,多态性片断70条,占75.26%。反映了10个品种之间的遗传变异;13个随机引物对10个品种分别扩增出11,12,5,4,7,8,3,7,2,5,10,10,9条带,平均每个引物扩增7.15条带。并对所扩增的所有带确定了分子时范围;10个大豆品种间的遗传相似度变异范围为0.6848-0.9019,遗传距离变异范围为0.0981-0.3152,变异最大的是合丰27和90035,最小的是90035和9674。90035和9674亲缘关系近;合丰27和90035亲缘关系最远。蛋白质分析结果表明:10个大豆品种中的90035和90024之间的亲缘关系最近,遗传变异最小。变异最大的是1330与绥4之间和1330与黑农39之间。

【Abstract】 This work has researched the genetic characters of 10 soybean variety in Heilongjiang province by RAPD technique, calculated the genetic similar and genetic distance, made the cluster analysis, studied the genetic relationship among the 10 variety.The results of RAPD analysis is found 93 amplification segments and 70 polymorphism segments, is 75.26% in all of, in the aberrance DNA among 10 soybean variety making RAPD amplification to utilized the 13 random primer. It is found the genetic variations among the 10 variety, there are :11, 12, 5, 4, 7, 8, 3, 7, 2, 5, 10, 10, 9 bands amplificated . from 10 variety with 13 random primer and the average 7.15 bands per primer. The genetic similar among the variety changed in 0.6848to 0.9019, the genetic distance changed in 0.0981 to 0.3152, and the breed change most is Heilongjiang 10 and 90035,the smallest is found in 90035 and 9674, the closed genetic relationship is between 90035 and 9674,and the farthest is between Heifeng 10 and 90035.The results of Protein analysis is found that the closed genetic relationship is between 90035 and 90024,and the farthest is between 1330 and Sui 4, the farthest is between 1330 and Heinong 39.
