【摘要】 饰面混凝土是集结构与装饰于一体的新型、绿色、高性能混凝土。国外已经取得了相对成熟的饰面混凝土技术，但国内技术还很不成熟、很不完善；并且尚无相应的技术规范与标准，甚至对其定义也缺乏统一的认识。本文对饰面混凝土的基本性能及其机理进行了研究，分析了大量工程实践成功的经验和失败的教训，提出了饰面混凝土的定义和相对系统的饰面混凝土施工工艺，并就其质量验收提出了初步的质量标准。本文的研究旨在为不断涌现出的饰面混凝土工程施工提供一定程度上的理论指导作用，为饰面混凝土技术研究与发展起到抛砖引玉的作用。 本文主要是对建筑工程大面积饰面混凝土施工工艺与质量控制进行研究。 一、对饰面混凝土拌合物的流变性原理、工作性(填充性、流动经时变化、稳定性等)、饰面混凝土耐久性(抗渗性、体积稳定性、抗腐蚀性、抗冻性、抗风化、抗污染性等)机理和相应影响因素进行理论分析与研究，为提出饰面混凝土施工工艺方法奠定理论基础。 二、根据饰面混凝土对耐久性的特殊要求，分析与阐述了饰面混凝土的保护层厚度和配合比的耐久性设计方法。 三、通过对国内外大量类似工程成功经验的研究，提出了饰面混凝土的主要施工工法。其中包括钢筋工程、模板工程、混凝土工程及表面抗渗处理等，特别是针对饰面混凝土模板平整度计算，阐述了以刚度为控制条件，强度为验算条件的计算方法。 四、对饰面混凝土的质量控制原理进行了分析，并以此为基础提出了饰面混凝土质量检验初步标准，并阐述了常见质量问题及其对策。 五、论文详细阐述(北京)联想研发基地大面积清水饰面混凝土工程施工工艺措施和工程应用效果。文章最后对饰面混凝土工程在国内的应用进行了展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Finishing concrete, which is not only a kind of structural material, but also a new sort of decorative material, is a new type of GPC and HPC. Great progress has been made on finishing concrete technology in foreign countries, but the geochronology development is juvenility and faultiness in our country. At present, there aren’t still corresponding codes and standard, even inconsistent cognition of its definition has not been formed. In this dissertation, through academic analysis on fundamental performance requirements and mechanism, by summing-up successful experience of many projects, the definition and systematic construction method of finishing concrete have been sum up. The aim of dissertation is to offer a few commonplace remarks by way of introduction so that others may come up with valuable opinions about the study and development of finishing concrete technology.The main aim of this dissertationis is to study the technics and quality control of finishing concrete.In this paper, firstly, there are academic analysis of finishing concrete mixture on its main influencing factors and mechanism including the theological properties, the workability, the durability and so on. Thus, the theory basis has been established for putting forward the systematical construction technics of finishing concrete.secondly, on the basis of above theory analysis, summing up the successful experience of lots finishing concrete projects, bring forward the systematical construction technique of finishing concrete and their construction technique requirements. The construction technique includes reinforcing steel bar project, form project, concrete project and impermeability disposal of finishing concrete surface. Thirdly, set forth summarily the quality control principle of finishing concrete, according to the theory analysis; expound the familiar quality defect and their countermeasures. Fourthly, regarding research and development foundation of Lenovo in Beijing as a finishing concrete practice project, set forth particularly construction technique and technical-economical index of projects such as the reinforcing steel bar project, form project, concrete project and impermeability disposal of finishing concrete surface.
