深圳市管道燃气工程建设管理研究

【摘要】 本文运用项目管理理论、投资/质量/进度三大控制理论对深圳市管道燃气工程的建设管理进行了分析和论述,剖析其存在的问题及寻求解决的方法和对策。 文章首先指出深圳市管道燃气工程建设管理的模式和建设管理中存在的主要问题,引出本文的中心论题。通过对燃气工程的建设前期准备、设计阶段管理、施工招标管理、项目投资控制、合同管理、质量和进度控制、档案管理、竣工工程的移交等全过程的分析和论述,找出影响燃气工程建设的关键问题、应注意的问题,并在建设过程中有准备、有目的地去着重解决,特别提出优化施工组织设计来保证工程质量、控制和降低建设成本。 通过对参与建设管理的单位职责分析,强调只有参与建设的设计、施工、监理、质检站等等各单位尽职尽责、积极协调、层层把关、提高管理水平实行全面的质量管理,才能杜绝隐患、减少工程质量事故。 通过对燃气工程建设费用构成中影响工程造价的各个因素进行剖析以及对燃气工程建筑市场的分析,找出降低和控制燃气工程建设成本的几个重要途径。
【Abstract】 By the three most theory of investment, quality and progress controlling and theory of project management, the thesis identifies the construction management of pipeline-gasproject in Shenzhen and finds out the existing problem and the way to solve it.Firstly, the thesis points out the construction management pattern of pipeline-gasproject in Shenzhen, and then leads to the central proposition. The construction process includes pre-construction preparation, designing management, construction bidding management, project investment management, contract management, quality and process control, files management, completed project transfer, etc. Through the analysis of the whole construction process, it finds out the key problems that affect construction and the way to solve it. Furthermore, the thesis proposes to optimize the design of the construction organization that insures the quality and reduces costs.Through the function analysis of the companies which participate in the construction management, the thesis emphasizes that only the companies joining the design, construction, supervise, inspection, etc. fulfill the duties, cooperate actively, check at each level and improve the management level, can it completely move the hidden troubles and reduce the quality accident.Through the analysis of factors that affect the gas-project construction costs and the gas-construction market, it finds out the several important approaches to control and reduce the gas-project construction costs.
