激光切割服装CAD/CAM系统研究与设计

【摘要】 本文主要论述激光切割服装CAD/CAM系统的研究与设计。采用微机的图形处理功能和单片机的控制功能有机结合的控制模式,代替单一的微机或单片机的控制模式。通过对机械部件方案的比较和步进电机的运动特性分析,结合滚动导轨和同步带传动的运行平稳、精度高等特性,提出了以步进电机和同步带传动驱动切割工具的系统设计。通过步进电机驱动电路的细分以实现精度要求,并以激光为切割工具对布匹进行切割。控制器硬件以AT89C51为核心扩展数据存储器和I/O口,从而有足够的存储单元存储切割图形的数据。步进电机驱动器采用斩波驱动电路和光电隔离信号输入/输出,设有电压过低、过热及过流保护。电机运行时振动也较小,提高了步进电机的可靠性。步进电机的升降速用软件中断和查表方式进行,按标志符和阶梯升降来达到快速定位的目的,并提高系统的稳定性。提出了一种自动调整装置的设计方案,为长距离布匹的传输提供了方便。通过对布匹两边的位置检测反馈,结合步进电机和机构部件的动作,实现控制布匹的偏差。用VB6.0编程语言实现数据的分割、比例放大与通讯程序和界面设计。数据分割可以设置不同的长度进行切割,从而使长距离的图形能够分段切割。切割时以单片机为控制核心,除了完成基本的动作,还能实现切割自动识别调整、自动重复切割。软件设有断点保护程序,确保当意外停机时,保存当前的加工参数,以便再开机时能继续中断的工作。通过软件和硬件措施,使得系统的抗干扰性能加强,实验结果表明,控制系统能稳定工作,执行加工能准确地完成要求的动作。

【Abstract】 This paper chiefly expounds the research and design of the system of Laser cutting CAD/CAM. The innovative point of this system is that adopting a new-style control mode to combine graphics-process function of microcomputer with the control function of SCM.Through the comparison of the scheme of mechanical part and the analysis of motion character of stepping motor, combining with the character of rolling guide and belt drive that running smoothly and having high precision, we put forward the method that stepping motor and belt drive the cutting tool. And through dividing the drive circuit of the stepping motor, high precision brings about.The controlling system is composed by AT89C51, data storage and I/O. It affords enough capacity for many data that contain some cutting graph data in order to reduce assistant-time. Stepping motor drive apply a chopper drive circuit. Stepping motor drive uses some function as voltage over-low, over-hot, which can protect the drive. And this raises the reliability the stepping motor. Interception and instruction method is introduced on raiding and inducing of the speed motor. That achieves the purpose of fast position and system stabilization through the symbol and step raising and inducing. In order to easy to transferring cloth in long distance, we put forward a design method of auto adjusting drive. We use the sensor detect the edge of cloth, and feedback to the system. Through the motion of the stepping motor and mechanical part, the system can realize the control of the deviation. Compiling with Visual Basic 6.0, complete the dividing, scaling, and communicating of data and the design of interface. And the data can be divided several passages, the long distance graph can cut in several passages. The system has the auto-adjust and auto cutting repeat excluding the basic motion. The soft of the system possesses the break-point operation, which can save the processed parameter and continue the interrupted operation as starting up again.Using the method of software and hardware enhances the electromagnetic shield of system. It is resulted on experiment that controlling system had advantages of feasibility and reliability. Actuator can be easily controlled by controlling system so as to get high precision.
