【摘要】 本文首先阐述原始性创新的内涵、意义，并探讨了国内外原始性创新的现状及其发展态势。接着，运用文献检索、访谈、问卷调查等多种实证研究方法，通过对若干典型原始性创新案例的分析与总结来探求原始性创新的规律。在此基础上讨论原始性创新的一般特征，探析影响原始性创新的内外因素，并总结出原始性创新的运行机制模型。然后，在探讨原始性创新对区域发展的影响及区域原始性创新的主要特征的基础上，探索区域原始性创新发展途径。最后，通过对福建省原始性创新的现状及其障碍的分析，指出福建省只在局部研究领域内具备了原始性创新的基础，并提出进一步发展福建省原始性创新的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article starts with describing the meanings of original innovation, explores the present and the future tendency of international and domestic original innovation. Then, through literature searches, questionnaire investigate and interview on model case, from the point of view of demonstration, the article analyzes and concludes the law of original innovation. On the basis of this, this article analyses the commonly characters of original innovation, and probes into the interior and exterior main factors that affect original innovation’ success, and concludes the system of operation mechanism of original innovation. Afterward, based on discussing the meaning to district development of district original innovation and mainly characteristic of district original innovation, this article probes into the route of district original innovation. In the end, based on the analysis of the present situation and restrictive factors of Fujian province’s original innovation, this article puts forward that Fujian province may carry through original innovation in part field advantage, and expounds the countermeasures to develop Fujian province’s original innovation further.更多还原
