面向产品创新的计算机辅助概念设计技术的研究

【摘要】 随着全球化的进展,产品创新逐步成为企业竞争力的核心因素。作为产品创新的核心,概念设计日益受到人们的重视。而随着计算机技术的发展,计算机辅助的概念设计也日益成为研究的热点,人们在产品信息模型及求解方法作了大量的研究,但实际上主要还是针对概念设计后期提供方法学上的支持,而针对概念设计早期阶段的信息描述和求解还有很大的不足。 本文以国家863计划项目——“面向产品创新的计算机辅助概念设计技术的研究”为背景,以产品信息模型和求解方法为着眼点展开研究,主要贡献在于:(1)拓展了组件特征模型,使其可以支持概念早期设计阶段的信息表达和推理;(2)提出了一种基于约束驱动,结合约束图与人机合作的布局设计求解方法;(3)在CACD原型系统中,对上述两点进行了实践。 木文首先在第1章介绍了产品概念设计研究内容和现状,以及CACD原型系统的总体框架结构;接下来在第2章定义了组件特征模型的内容和结构;第3章里,引入组件空间的概念,详细说明了基于组件特征布局约束图,通过约束图和人机合作对布局方案进行求解的方法,以及该方法的优化,并以吸尘器为例,说明了整个过程;第4章里,基于CAXA实体设计二次开发,介绍了上述两点在CACD系统框架的实现情况;最后,在第五章里提出了本文的不足,以及本文相关的计算机辅助概念设计领域的一些重要问题和发展方向。

【Abstract】 Product innovation has become the one of the most important aspects which affects enterprises’ strength. Being the kfey element of innovation, conceptual design has gained more and more recogonition. Thus computer aided conceptual design has also become a hot spot of the area. Although many work has been done in product information model and its opteration, few work is made for early stage of conceptual design.With the background of national hi-tech project(863) -Research on TechnologyComputer Aided Conceptual Design Innovation Oriented, product modelling and computing is discussed in this article. Specifically following contributions has been made:1. Definition of Component Feature Model2. Andvancing of a constraints driven layout creation methodology3. Inplementation of the above in a prototype system named CACDSIn the first part of the thesis the general contents of computer aieded conceptual design and its status quo is inrtoduced. Detailed definition of Component Feature Model(CFM) and its relative operations are described in chapter 2. In chapter 3 we invited ’’Component Feature Space " as the key element in layout design, and a new constraints driven layout creation methodology, which is based on graph theory and human-computer cooperation, is discussed. Meanwhile an example of layout design of a vacuum is also introduced. Chapter 4 is mainly about the implementation of CFM and the creation methodology. In the last part the whole thesis is concluded, and some of the relevant directions for future work is discussed.
