我国示范性高中评估的实践反思

【摘要】 发展着的素质教育理念裹挟知识经济时代风雷,在基础教育领域掀起了翻天覆地的变革。示范性高中评估,究竟在这场变革中扮演了什么角色,起到了什么样的作用呢,基于这样的思考,笔者对现行的示范性高中评估活动进行了调查,分析其利弊得失,并尝试着提出建议和对策。 全文除引言外,分为四个部分。 第一部分探究示范性高中评估出现的历史背景,着重梳理了我国重点中学发展的历史脉络,通过辨析示范性高中与重点高中的关系,解清示范性高中评估的时代意义。 第二部分着眼于现实中的评估实践,介绍原国家教委的肇始初衷,以及各地具体的实施模式。 第三部分立足于示范性高中的评估实践,在调查的基础上,研究表明,我国的示范性高中评估是应时而作,推进素质教育深化发展的壮举,但也存在不少问题,笔者从不同角度对其原因进行了分析。 第四部分有针对性的提出了完善示范性高中评估的对策和建议。

【Abstract】 The developing idea of quality education together with storm of knowledge economy, has brought about great changes in the fundamental education area. What role the assessment of paradigm high school has played in the reform? What is the function of it? As a result, the writer has done a lot of research on the assessment activities of the present paradigm high school. At the same time, the writer tries to find out some suggestions and solutions, taking the advantages and disadvantages into account.Besides the introduction, the whole article is divided into four sections.In the first section, the background of the assessment of paradigm high school is discussed. It mainly talks about the history of the key schools development in China. By analyzing the relationship between paradigm high school and key school, it explains clearly the historical significance of the assessment of paradigm high school.The second section mainly deals with the practice of the evaluation in reality, the original purpose of National Education Committee as well as the concrete implementing pattern in different areas.The third section focuses on the practice of the evaluation of paradigm high school. The researches show that the assessment of paradigm high school caters for the demand of the times, and it impels the further development of quality education. However, there still remains many a problem. The writer analyzes the reasons from different aspects in this section.The fourth section aims for the suggestions and solutions to improve the assessment of paradigm high school.
