【摘要】 LCK6600轻型客车的设计与改进项目属企业实用型课题，课题源于中通客车控股股份有限公司2003--2010年关于规模发展城乡轻型客车发展规划。以巨大的市场需求为导向，以交通部推出的“村村通”工程为契机，以低成本扩张为基础，以中通客车控股股份有限公司的各种软件和硬件资源为条件，利用汽车系统工程的方法，结合现代企业管理理念和现代汽车研发技术，使用高配置计算机和最新版本的三维辅助设计软件CATIA、二维辅助设计软件AUTOCAD2002、办公软件MICROSOFT OFFICE XP(WORD，EXCEL)，项目管理软件MICROSOFT PROJECT2002等为工具，有重点的，系统的，全面的，全流程的对LCK6600轻型客车进行综合开发(市场调研，总体设计，选型设计，大规模的定制产出设计即流程的平台化和模块化设计，市场准入成本设计)。以富有时代感的造型、合理的底盘匹配、优异的性能价格比，大规模的定制产出方式，实现LCK6600准确的市场定位。形成规模化发展城乡轻型客车的产业基础。推进中通客车控股股份有限公司规模发展城乡轻型客车的产业化进程。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article belong to enterprise task utility , Root from development layout of ZHONG TONG BUS HOLDEIG CO., LTD about developing light bus in large scale in 2003-2008. Using the method of automobile systems engineering , Combine modern enterprise management idea and modern automobile develop and design technology, As a tool, Make use of high configured computer and high edition CAD software AUTOCAD2002, CATIA, and office & project management software MICROSOFT OFFICE XP(WORD, EXCEL), MICROSOFT PROJECT2002.
