组合密封技术在催化气压机组轴封系统的应用及探讨

【摘要】 本论文主要是围绕重油催化富气压缩机进口轴封国产化改造进行的。通过对高速离心压缩机轴封用机械——浮环密封理论的探讨与分析,确定了富气压缩机轴封改造的可行性,并应用于现场实际。 论文对高速离心压缩机各种常见轴封形式进行了综述,并分别对机械密封、浮环密封在高速离心压缩机上的应用情况进行了详细、透彻的分析。在此基础上提出了机械——浮环组合密封这种密封型式,其综合了浮环密封、机械密封的优点,更适合于高速离心压缩机,并对其结构特点和使用要求作了具体介绍。 论文分析了原进口轴封存在的问题,指出了轴封密封油系统保护失效的原因。通过计算,得出了密封副的主要设计参数,对原轴封的缺陷逐一进行了改造,增加了密封油保护系统储能器的容积,使储能器保护时间延长,以起到保护系统作用。 改造后的轴封结构和密封油保护系统,经实际运行,完全符合使用要求,收效明显,保证了机组长周期运行。 最后,对高速离心压缩机发展趋势做出了展望,提出无油密封将逐渐取代湿式密封,真正达到密封装置的介质的“零泄漏”。
【Abstract】 This paper mainly describes the domestic reconstruction of the shaft end seal for the high-speed centrifugal compressor of the heavy oil catalytic cracking unit. By means of discussion and analysis of the theory of the mechanical-floating ring combines seal for the high-speed centrifugal compressor shaft end seal, it is demonstrated the feasibilities for the reconstruction of the rich gas compressor shaft end seal. The reconstruction is put into operation.The main types of shaft end seals for the high-speed centrifugal compressor are introduced briefly. The application conditions for the mechanical seal and the floating ring seal in the high-speed centrifugal compressor are separately & intensively analyzed. The technology for the mechanical-floating ring combined seal is proposed. It integrates the virtues of the two seals and adapts to the high-speed centrifugal compressor more than any other. The construction and application demand is introduced in detail.The problem of the original imported shaft end seal is analyzed and the cause of the failure of the seal oil protection system of the shaft end seal is pointed out. By calculation -the main design parameters are obtained & the original shaft end seal disfigurement is reconstructed - one by one. The cubage for the seal oil protection system gas storage vessel is increased, which gives the gas storage vessel more time to protect the system. It is proved that the shaft end seal and the seal oil protection system after being reconstructed met the application demand and ensured the normal running of the compressor assembly - bringing with it outstanding economic and social efficiency.A developing trend for the high-speed centrifugal compressor is predicted. The non-oil seal will gradually take the place of the wet seal and it will obtain zero leakage of the seal unit.
