大连国合进出口项目管理系统的设计与开发

【摘要】 本文对一个国营外贸企业的进出口贸易业务项目管理系统的设计与开发进行了研究和探讨，着重针对因企业对信息系统需求不明确，从而导致软件开发风险这一突出问题，找出一种解决办法。 本文采用系统工程、项目管理和ISO9000质量管理标准的理论和方法，对业务流程进行了分析与再造，然后用信息技术对再造后的流程进行信息化改造，设计出系统总体功能模型(提交企业的经营管理人员讨论并获通过)，最后在总体功能设计的基础上利用软件工程的原型化开发方法进行了初步开发。 上述开发思路和方法适用于开发项目型业务信息系统，它能够使经营管理人员充分参与系统的设计与开发工作，在设计阶段就明确系统的需求，从而大大减少了因需求不明确而导致系统开发失败的风险。这种思路在中国大连国际经济技术合作集团股份有限公司进出口贸易项目管理系统的设计与开发中取得了成功。更多还原

【Abstract】 The dissertation probe into designing and developing an information system, which is used in the business management of a state-owned Export & Import Company, and emphasized in discovering a method aimed at cutting down the system developing risk which was caused by the ambiguity system requirement.First the dissertation managed to analysis and rebuild the existing business flow applying the theory or method of systems engineering, Project Management, ISO9000 quality assurance standard. Then the dissertation reconstructs the rebuilding business flow by the information technique. Next the dissertation gives a blue print of the function designing process of the Import & Export Project Management Information System management, which was certificated by the business man. At last, the dissertation expatiate the developing process of the system based on the function designing files.The forgoing developing method is applicable to develop project style information system, as it enable the business man take a potent role in the develop process, and can also make sure the system requirement in the designing procedure. The succeed applying in the developing project of CDIC GROUP make an evidence of the viewpoint.更多还原
