面向管理创新的中小企业信息化研究

【摘要】 中小企业在各国经济和社会发展中起着不可替代的作用，各国政府非常重视发展中小企业。信息化时代给中小企业的发展带来机遇，以往的大企业规模理论不再流行，信息化时代强调的灵活、敏捷化和网络化的生产经营使小企业可以与大企业竞争，发达国家、新兴工业化国家的中小企业纷纷进行信息化建设一方面提高自身的竞争力，一方面为了开展国际化经营。随着信息技术的发展，企业信息化的内容越来越丰富，80年代发达国家在多年信息化实践逐渐认识到信息化建设的关键是对企业旧管理体制进行变革，于是相继提出了许多新的管理思想和管理理论，同时掀起了企业变革的热潮。 我国信息化发展近二十年，取得了一定的进展，但仍总体落后于国际先进水平很多，尤其是中小企业信息化更加落后，面临信息化时代的机遇，中小企业只有抓住时机，克服信息化建设中的巨大挑战，利用国外信息化的先进理论和实践成果实施高起点的信息化建设策略，才能快速缩短差距实现信息化。对此问题目前的解决方案落后于实际需要，以此为背景，本文展开研究。本文通过大量的国内外中小企业及信息化资料，研究国外信息化的发展新趋势和我国中小企业信息化建设现状，讨论了现阶段中小企业信息建设方案应结合管理模式改革的具体发展思路，最后对如何促进我国中小企业信息化建设提出了一些设想。更多还原

【Abstract】 Medium-and small-sized enterprises are considered to play an important part in national economy and social development, and various measures are taken to support them in the developed countries. Information age gives excellent opportunities to medium- and small-sized enterprises, and smart and agile organization is thought to be the best model, scale advantage in large enterprises is gone, medium-and small-sized enterprises can compete with large enterprises with the help of Internet. In developed and industrialized countries, medium- and small-sized enterprises apply information technology in their operation actively so as to improve competitive ability and run their international business. With information technology improving quickly, the contents of enterprise informatization are more and more rich. During years of practice in enterprise informatization, advanced countries have recognized that it is the key of informatization to innovate old enterprise management model, therefore many new business theories are raised since 1980s, and the enterprise management innovation prevail on in the advanced countries.It has almost been 20 years to practise informatization in china. Although its effect is quite well, china falls far behind advanced countries in the world yet, especially in the medium- and small-sized enterprises. Facing the good chances but huge challenges, the only way is to grasp chances, overcome the various difficulties, make own strategies and find solution to informatization based on advanced theories and rich experiences in other developed countries. The current solution to informatization can not meet the enterprise demand, so this paper discuss how to plan the medium-and small-sized enterprises informatization under the foundation of business theory and case study, in the end, some constructive ideas are provided on government supporting measures.更多还原
