【摘要】 高速公路具有规模大、技术标准高和投资大的特点。随着我国高速公路的飞速发展，质量管理是工程建设中的一个重要的内容。本篇论文通过对宜宾—水富高速公路建设的具体实例，深入研究了怎样控制高速公路质量和工程的验收步骤以及质量的全面管理。说明了怎样运用质量综合评价的方法对工程项目进行评价。应用计算机数据库设计的理论方法设计出高速公路质量管理功能与结构模型。对高速公路建设实行现代化的质量管理。 近年来，数据库技术和网络技术得到迅猛的发展，相继应用到各行各业当中，并且大大的改进了分布式数据库。因此，高速公路建设过程中，这种分布式数据库也越来越多地用来对质量进行管理。 本设计在数据库系统设计和数据挖掘的基本理论上，以四川省高速公路两级管理体制为模板，从组织机构体系和数据流程两个方面分析了宜宾—水富高速公路工程质量管理的实际需求，指出质量管理系统中的主要实体，包括高速公路、驻地办、合同段、以及分项工程，详细分析了这些实体之间的关系，并以此设计质量管理系统数据库功能与结构模型。本篇论文提出的设计能够为高速公路建设质量管理提供计算机辅助，并且可以大幅度的提高公路工程施工质量管理水平和效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Expressway is characterized by its big scale, high technique standard and great investment. With the rapid development of expressway in China, quality management is an important content of expressway construction. This paper researches on how to control expressway quality at construction and acceptance stage, studies the quality management by way of Yibing-Shuifu expressway engineering example and discusses how to evaluate engineering quality using theory of overall evaluation. The database assistant model system of expressway construction quality management is designed.Database technology and network technology have gotten rapid development recently, and they have been widely applied in various domains one after another. Nowadays, the development of database technology and network technology has greatly improved the wide application of distributed database system. So the distribute database system can be widely applied in the quality management of expressway construction.Based on the database design theory and technologies of data mining and two level management structure of Expressway Construction Management in Sichuan province, this paper analyzes the regional institution and data flow of expressway construction quality management of the Yibing-Shuifu Expressway, including expressway, resident office, contract section and subentry. Fundamental entities involved in. quality management are clearly indicated, including expressway, resident office, contract section and subentry, the relations between them are discussed. Based on the analysis, the database design of quality management system is presented. This design can assist expressway construction and can make the level and efficiency of expressway constructional quality management have a great improvement.更多还原
