攀枝花市渡口大桥承载能力评定研究

【摘要】 公路桥梁经过一定使用年限,难免会出现各种病害,此时如何评定这些桥梁的实际承载能力及病害程度,在桥梁养护和公路管理工作中极为重要。但由于桥梁的型式多样、结构复杂及检测手段的局限性,使之成为难以解决的科研课题。 本论文以攀枝花市渡口大桥为对象进行旧桥的检测评定研究。渡口大桥为180米的钢箱肋拱桥,是攀枝花的一座重要桥梁,投入使用已超过35年。本次评定检测工作,是在没有现行规范、标准和桥梁病害状况又相当复杂的情况下进行的。 本论文由七章组成。在第一章里,阐述了桥梁的常见缺陷及桥梁检测的必要性。第二章介绍了渡口大桥的基本结构情况及其存在的各种病害现象。第三章是检测工作的前期准备,主要进行全面的病害和运营情况调查,制定加载试验方案、加载控制措施和结构计算并进行比较。第四章是现场检测,即进行静载试验和动载试验,采集必要的分析评定数据。第五章是检测结果分析,根据加载试验采集的数据,进行静载、动载试验结果分析。第六章是检测评定结论,全面评定该桥的强度、刚度、稳定性和动力特性,从而给出检测评定结论。第七章是总结,在对本项目的工作内容和工作特点进行总结的基础上,指出了旧桥检测存在的问题以及今后发展的方向。 同时,通过对本次检测工作的研究,初步形成了一套特大跨径旧钢桥的检测评定方法,即:全面的病害和运营状况调查、现实状况计算分析、制定加载试验方案和加载控制措施、加载试验、综合桥梁分析专家评定。这一正确的检测评定方法,可供相关桥梁的检测评定所借鉴,可供相关工作和相关桥梁检测技术规范、标准的制定提供参考。

【Abstract】 Various diseases in highway bridge can arise after certain tenure of use, and it is very important to evaluate the actual bearing capacity and disease degree of the bridge in bridge maintenance and highway management. But because of the limitation of detention means, the various bridge types and the completions of the structure, the evaluation work is always a difficult topic.This thesis details the detention for Dukou Bridge in Pan-zhi-hua city .Du kou Bridge is an steel arch bridge with history of 35 years, and plays an important role in the city .Because the bridge detention is taken under no current specification and standard to be and the disease is very complicated ,the detection work is very difficult.Seven chapters are included in this thesis .The first chapter is the introduction about the necessity of bridge detection and common defect of the bridge .The second chapter introduces the structural basic condition and defect details of the bridge .The third chapter describes the preparation for the detection work .including the overall investigation of the diseases and the condition at operation ,the set-up of loading test and control measures and structural computation .The 4th chapter is on-the-site detection ,which consists of static and dynamic tests and necessary data collecting for analysis and evaluation .The 5th chapter is the analysis of detention data .According to collected data of loading tests, the results of static and dynamic tests are analyzed .The 6th chapter evaluates the strengths ,rigidity .stability and dynamic characteristics of the bridge, so that the conclusion can be reached .The 7th chapter is summarization. It describes the working characteristics and contents of this project, and points out the problems and future in exiting bridge detection.At the same time ,through the research work of this detection ,there has formed a set of detection and evaluation methods of exiting steel bridge, namely investigating disease and operation condition .calculating and analyzing realistic condition .establishing test scheme .control measures of loading .loading test and comprehensive bridge expect analyzing and evaluating. This correct detection and evaluation method can offers reference to the detection and evaluation of related bridges ,and to the establishment of related bridge detention technical specification and standard.
