基于Web的重大交通工程建设管理信息集成系统架构

【摘要】 Internet及Web技术不断发展,计算机处理速度和网络带宽及覆盖面的不断提升,网络接入形式多样化,为基于Internet及Web技术的工程建设管理信息化发展奠定了技术和物质基础。西部交通工程建设规模大、时空跨度大、信息庞杂,某些传统的管理手段和方式,成为建设管理和工程后期维护的障碍。 围绕恩施交通工程建设管理信息集成系统(EMIS)的研究开发及实现,本文阐述了系统架构的主要过程和方面。根据工程项目管理信息化的发展和用户需求,结合Web Services电子商务系统模型提出了基于Web Services工程管理信息系统的逻辑模型,经过比较分析,确定了满足目前需求和未来拓展需要的EMIS应用逻辑模型和开发方法;在需求分析方面,介绍了进行EMIS需求分析的方法、策略以及分析的主要内容;在系统设计方面,阐述了设计方法和系统设计的主要工作;根据本系统开发情况和国内外信息化经验,探析了EMIS开发实现及运行过程中影响系统实现和运行成败的关键问题及对策。 本系统在上传文件的处理、操作方式还有一定的局限性;在系统模块可重用性、移植性的规划和评估以及进一步增加模块和数据的可重用性等仍值得进一步探讨。 本系统的最终目标是为了成为全恩施州的交通工程建设管理信息平台,而不是为一个工程项目而建立的一个系统,最后提出了进一步深化系统开发的可选模型。
【Abstract】 The continuous development of the Internet and Web techniques, the augment of the calculator speed and the bandwidth, and the diversification of the form to connect to network, these turn into the material and technical foundation for engineering construction management by internet techniques. In West China traffic engineering developments are large-scale, long-last, decentralized, and the information is numerous and jumbled. Some traditional management measures and manners become obstacles.With a view to meet development of Enshi traffic engineer constructions management information integrated system (EMIS), it is expatiated the main process and aspects of system framework. According to the development and project management informatization, the logic model and the development means of the EMIS are made certain by compare and analysis; on the hand of requirement analysis, the means, strategy and the main content are expressed; on the aspect of system design, the main work and design means are expatiated; based on the system development instance and experience, key problems are explored which will influence system realization and run.The system maybe still has definite limitation, such as the manipulation and process of up down the files. The programming and evaluation of the reuse, replant of system module and enhancing data reuse are still worthy of more research.The ultimately aim of EMIS is the information platform for traffic engineering construction management in Enshi, not only for one project, and put forward the logic application model for farther development of the system.
