【摘要】 目的：观察疣必清冲剂防治尖锐湿疣复发的临床效果及对细胞免疫功能的影响。方法：将136例纳入的尖锐湿疣患者随机分为治疗组（71例）与对照组（65例），分别给予疣必清冲剂与聚肌胞；观察其预防复发的临床效果，并于治疗前后检测两组患者与健康人对照组血清T淋巴细胞亚群、IL-2和sIL-2R的水平，以探讨其作用机理。结果：疣必清冲剂预防尖锐湿疣复发的临床疗效明显优于聚肌胞（P<0.01），且对血清T淋巴细胞亚群、IL-2和sIL-2R水平具有明显调节作用（P<0.01），显著优于聚肌胞（P<0.01）。结论：疣必清冲剂具有较好的防治尖锐湿疣复发的效果，其作用机理可能与T淋巴细胞亚群、IL-2、sIL-2R的免疫调节作用有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observate the clinical effects of Youbiqing Granule on preventing relapse from postoperation in patients with condyloma acuminatum and to investigate its effective mechanism based on cellular immunity levels.Methods:136 cases of condyloma cauminatum were divided randomly into the trial group (71cases) and the control group(65cases). In order to investigate effective mechanisms and effects of Youbiqing granule, the former was treated by Youbiqing granule and the later by Poly I:C. The clinical effects of preventing relapse from postoperation, and the levels of T-lymphocyte subsets、IL-2 and sIL-2R in sera, were assayed before and after therapy. As for the normal control group, the above indexes were assayed only one time.Results: The Youbiqing granule markly reduced the postoperative relapse rate in the patients with condyloma acuminatum which was better significantly than that of poly I:C<WP=5>(P<0.01); it has a significant effect which was better significantly than that of poly I:C(P<0.01) to adjust the levels of T-lymphocyte subsets, IL-2 and sIL--2R in sera, but it couldn’d adjust the abnormal IL-2 and sIL-2R to normalization.Conclusions: Youbiqing granule has relatively good effects to prevent relapse from postoperation of condyloma acuminatum and its effective mechanism has correlation with immune adjustion of T-lymphocyte、IL-2 and sIL-2R.更多还原
