通风机运行工况微机监测系统的研究

【摘要】 本课题研究的通风机运行工况微机监测系统,是在基于现行的各种通风机监测方法,并结合先进的测试技术而研制成功的。该系统以计算机为核心,选用了适合通风机运行环境的硬件,采用了Windows环境下的Visual basic编写的监测软件,来实现通风机性能在线实时监测。在监测的基础上,还可以根据需要绘制出通风机的性能曲线和打印测试数据报表。在研制的过程中,采用了“软件即硬件”的思想,使监测系统的成本极大的降低。在监测系统正式运行前,采用了Matlab工具进行了系统的性能分析,并和虚拟测试的结果相比较,从而证明了系统的可行性。

【Abstract】 The project is aimed at studying computer monitor system of fanner’s performance. Basing on combining all actual monitor means of fanner with advanced testing technique, the project succeeds in computer monitor system of the fanner’s performance. The system depends on computer as well as electing suitable hardware of fanner’s performance and adopting Visual basic monitor software under Windows circumstance, can realize on line real time monitor of fanner’s performance. Using the monitor data, the system also can draws performance’s curve of fanner and print report forms of testing data under demands of users. Due to adopting "software namely hardware" in the course of the development, the cost of the monitor system greatly reduce. Using Matlab analyze performance of fanner before the monitor system apply to practical field, and comparing with the results of application in field, which prove the system is practice
