面向有效经营决策的产品并行设计方法研究

【摘要】 随着计算机技术、信息网络技术、现代制造技术的迅猛发展和广泛应用,现代制造业正逐渐摆脱传统的生产经营方式,创立新的设计理念和经营管理模式,这就是目前学术界广为关心和研究的热点——并行工程。随着并行工程技术的不断发展,人们相继研究开发了一些并行工程的支持工具,如面向制造的设计、面向装配的设计、面向检验的设计等,这些工具的应用大大缩短了产品开发周期,但对企业经营决策的支持方面却未取得实质性的进展。本论文就面向有效经营决策的产品并行设计的理论和方法作了研究和探讨,主要包括以下三方面内容: 第一,理论研究。研究了面向有效经营的决策支持理论,包括现代企业的产品经营要求、有效经营决策理念。提出了基于并行工程的经营决策支持系统MDSS—CE的实现方法,研究了基于并行设计的经营决策支持系统的工作模式、决策内容、评价体系和决策方法,提出了有效经营决策框架模型。 第二,方法探讨。探讨了实现面向有效经营决策的产品并行设计方法,研究了并行设计集成环境的建立和集成框架的体系结构,分析了PDM实施的功能模型,探讨了基于PDM的并行设计系统设计的关键技术,提出了产品并行设计条件下的经营组织管理模式,为面向有效经营决策的产品并行设计提供了一般集成环境和实施方法。 第三,原型系统的开发。本文探讨了面向有效经营决策的机械产品并行设计系统的开发方法,主要包括以下几个方面的内容:构建了基于客户机/服务器的分布式体系结构;采用面向对象的程序设计语言DELPHI开发了并行设计集成交互应用程序;建立了基于SQL Server 2000的数据库管理系统。 最后,结合扬州弹簧厂碟簧产品的设计开发过程,初步开发了面向有效经营决策的碟簧产品并行设计原型系统,介绍原型系统的组织结构,各子系统的功能及其实现。

【Abstract】 With the development and application of the technology of computer, information network and modern manufacture, manufacturing industry is getting rid of thetraditional product pattern and sets up a new design thought and management mode-Concurrent Engineering. With the development of Concurrent Engineering, some supporting tools have been researched and developed such as DFM, DFA, DFT and DFC. Although the application of these tools has shortened the developed period of production greatly, it can’t provide the effective support on management decision so far. This paper explains the research on the theory and method of mechanical product concurrent design facing effective management decision. The study work divides into three parts:First, this dissertation explains the study of the effective management oriented decision theory, including product management request and thought of effective management decision of modern enterprise; proposes a implemental method of MDSS-CE; does the research on the working mode, the content of decision, the evaluation system and the decision method of MDSS-CE; builds a framework model of effective management decision.Second, doing the method research work. This essay explores the product concurrent design implement method facing effective management decision; studies the construction of integrated concurrent design circumstance and the architecture of the integrated framework; analyzes functional model of PDM implement. This paper probes into the key technology of distributional product concurrent design integrated environment including message and process integration based on PDM framework; poses a management organization pattern based on CE; provides an integrated circumstance and implemental method for mechanical product concurrent design facing effective management decision.Third, developing a prototypic system. This paper explains the method of the development of a concurrent design system facing effective management decision, including: Construction of a distributional system structure based on client/server; Developing a integrated interactive application for concurrent design based on Delphi; Setting up a database management system using SQL Server 2000.Last, DHMDCS has been developed on the basis of disc spring develop process of Yangzhou Spring Ltd. This dissertation introduces the architecture, function and its implement of the prototypic system.
