油田综合试井仪器的研究与开发

【摘要】 在油田试井技术中,测油井液面深度和测抽油井示功图是两项最常用的技术。传统的测量仪器功能单一、体积大、价格昂贵,不能适应油田试井工作的需要,开发多功能、便携式的高智能综合试井仪器正是本论文工作的目的。 本综合仪器将传统的测井深仪器和测功图合二为一,设计了以80C196单片机作为核心的嵌入式系统,并配有键盘和液晶显示组成小型操作系统,可实现信号调理、数据采集、图形显示、键盘控制、数据计算、串口通讯等功能。在本论文中,从硬件和软件两方面对信号的滤波处理作了较详细的研究。液面反射波信号主要在硬件方面采用双通道二阶有源低通滤波,功图信号则在软件方面采用数字滤波算法。 本文的研究工作表现在以下几个方面: 1.研究试井技术原理和测量方法,根据试井要求设计80C196单片机嵌入式系统以及外围接口处理电路。 2.在充分考察现场工作情况及试井操作的基础上,设计了一套操作方便、界面简洁、功能强大的软件系统。 3.设计液面反射波信号以及功图信号处理电路,重点是液面反射波信号二阶有源低通滤波电路并进行仿真实验。 4.根据信号特点以及图形显示要求,设计数字滤波算法对功图信号以及液面放射波信号做数字滤波处理。 5.现场测试结果证明本试井系统在软件及硬件方面的设计基本都是合理可行的,也发现在一些设计上的不足,提出了改进建议。

【Abstract】 The measuring of the well depth and indecator diagram are the most regular techniques in well logging technology . And for the traditional instruments have several disadvantages such as narrow function, big volume and high price which couldn’t meet the need of well logging, the target of this thesis work is mainly to describe the portable instrument with multi-function and high intelligence.In our system, the traditional instrument of well depth measuring and indecator diagram are combined into one, and the embed system with the core of 80C196 is designed. What’s more, a small operation system with keyboard input and Liquid Crystal Display is designed for the system which has the function of signal adjusting, data collecting, keyboard controlling, data computing and serial port communication o In this thesis the research on signal filtering is nicely done both in hardware and in software.Reflected wave signal is processed by double channels two-order low-pass active filtering in hardware, and indicator diagram signal is processed by digital filtering in software.The research work in this thesis is described as follows:1 . Research on theory of well logging technology and measuring ways . According to the well logging requirement, the embed system with 80C196 and interface circuit are designed.2. A software system with strong function, convenient operation and concise interface is designed based on careful locale checking and the operation of well logging . 3 . The processing circuit based on the reflecting wave signal from well surfaceand indicator diagram signal is designed, which is focused on the circuitdesigning in two-order low pass active filtering circuit of reflected wavesignal. 4. According to the signal feature and the requirement of the graphdisplaying, the digital filtering arithmetic is designed .5. The testing result nicely proves the stability design in both software andhardware aspects.
