车间作业计划调度系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 管理自动化是CIMS的神经中枢,指挥控制着各个部分有条不紊地工作。计算机辅助生产计划与控制系统是管理自动化的核心技术,计划/调度在整个系统中处于中心位置,也是CIMS应用工程中信息集成的关键问题之一。国内外许多学者对计划调度方法作了大量的研究。 本文结合成都飞机工业公司数控加工中心FA集成环境下车间作业计划调度系统的研究和开发,阐述了车间作业计划调度系统在CAC-CIMS/FA中的地位。通过对数控加工中心生产现状的分析,结合Job-Shop调度问题最新研究方向,提出了车间生产的组织形式和具体的调度算法;指出本系统是在FA的客户/服务器模式的体系结构下开发的,且与FA其它子系统信息集成和共享。在此基础上提出了利用关系数据库管理系统来进行信息集成管理;设计实现了基于客户/服务器模式的车间作业计划调度系统;最后,提出了系统今后的发展设想。 研究和实际开发工作表明,系统能满足现阶段对车间作业计划调度的要求,并为今后的发展奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 Management automation is the crucial core of CIMS, which directs other parts in the system working in harmony. The Computer-Aided Production Planning and Controlling system is the key technology of management automation. As one of the most important topics on information integration in CIMS application projects, Planning and scheduling is the center of management automation, a lot of domestic and international scholars have made plenty of research on the method of scheduling.Following the development of the workshop scheduling system in integrated environment of FA, Numerical Control Machining Center, Chengdu Aircraft Industrial Corporation, this paper elaborates the position of workshop scheduling system in CAC-CIMS/FA. After analyzing present production situation of Numerical Control Machining Center and the latest research on Job-Shop, it discusses the organization form of workshop production and specific scheduling algorithm, and points out that the system is developed under the architecture of Client/Server pattern of FA ,and it integrates and shares information with other FA subsystem. Therefore, on the basis of the above, it applies RDBMS to manage integrated information. Then, the workshop scheduling system was developed and realized in Client/Server pattern. Finally, the future development of the system was discussed.All the work done shows that the system can meet the need of workshop job scheduling of current stage, and may establish foundation for the development of the system in the future.
