基于DSP的调速电机控制器研究

【摘要】 现代电力电子技术、微电子技术、专用集成芯片、电动机以及控制理论的发展大大的推动了电机控制理论在实践中的应用。电机控制器也逐渐朝着性能优化、结构简单的数字式方向发展。 为了获得调速范围宽、精度要求高、功能强大的实时电机控制器,本论文选用了德仪公司生产的电机专用数字信号处理DSP芯片,完成了调速电机控制器的设计与制造。并在此基础上分析了控制策略以及在位置检测、驱动、主功率电路应用等方面展开了讨论。完成了相关的硬件调试并在实际中加以检验。 本论文研制的数字式调速电机控制器体积小、功能灵活、可组合,适合于高精度、高效、宽变速控制的应用场合,为电机控制器的研发奠定了一定的硬件基础。

【Abstract】 With the development of Electric Power and Electronic technology, Micro Electric technology, special integrated chips and the theory of Automatic control, the application of Motor control theory is widely extended in practice. Motor controller is gradually improving into Digital controller with optimal capacity and simple structure.In order to get the Real-time Motor controller with wide speed scope, high precision and large ability, this paper has used the special Digital Signal Processor (DSP) made in Texas Instrument for Motor control to design and finish the speed adjustable Motor controller, analyzed the control methods and discussed the application in the fields of position testing, drive and power inverter circuit, completed related hardware testing and tested its functions.The controller this paper developed has small volume, different capabilities and is easy to be united. It fits to the circumstance which is required high accuracy, high precision and wide speed adjusting scope. This paper has built up some hardware bases for the later designation.
