星级饭店企业识别系统研究

【摘要】 国家技术监督局于1993年9月正式批复《旅游涉外饭店星级的划分与评定》为国家标准,这标志着中国旅游饭店业跨入了国际现代管理的新阶段。1998年国家再一次对星级评定标准进行了修改,进一步调整与规范了行业标准。但是,标准一直没有形成一定的风格。随着旅游饭店业竞争的不断加剧,饭店的风格越来越成为企业经营者思考的问题。本文从饭店企业的识别系统入手,结合经济学、管理学几方面的知识,采用分析、归纳、总结的方法,对现代饭店企业识别系统进行研究。提出了饭店的形象工程与其市场定位是相互依存的,定位决定了风格,风格进一步体现了企业的市场定位;具有风格的饭店企业识别系统的形成与其经营者密切相关。
【Abstract】 "Star-rating Standard for Tourist Hotels" was formally approved as the National Standard in Sept, 1993 by National Technology Supervision Administration. This indicates that tourist hotel industry in China has already stepped into a new stage of international modernization management. In 1998, the standard was revised again, with the trade standard further adjusted and standardized.However, the standard has not form a particular style till now. Along with the intensification of the competition in tourist hotel industry, hotels’ style has now become the problem that administrative personnel think more and more. The dissertation, started with the CIS of hotels, combined the knowledge of economics and management, used by methods of analysis, induction and summary, makes a research for CIS of modern hotels.The dissertation put forward the idea that the hotel’s image engineering and marketing positioning are interdependent. Marketing positioning determines the style of a hotel, and the style reflects hotel’s positioning in the market further more. Creating a hotel’s CIS is closely related to the proprietor.
